Hamlet Golf & Country Club

I had a good time playing here...really fun course to play with narrow fairways. Clubhouse is beautiful inside with a large dining hall and great staff. The tee boxes on par 3s were not in great shape, fairways had a lot of unfilled divots, and the greens had ball marks that were days old.

Not a bad course at all. Really well kept and nice greens. Course design isn't anything special. Flyer lies from any first cut. Greens ran true and were pretty fast. I would love to play here more often. The signage could use some work, not super intuitive on where to go for back 9. Pace of play was great and refreshing for golf on long Island.

Went here for my companies winter party. Staff was super accommodating and the food was delicious. Great job by the staff here. Super friendly too.

My frist visit and this place was amazing. The hospitality you receive upon entering is so welcoming, I wish there were more places like this on Long Island. Will definitely come back!!!

Amazing golf course and range is very nice as well filled with callaway practice balls and a very useful short game area for chipping and putting with a couple pin locations and a sloping fast green with different lies like fringe, fairway, rough, and even a bunker.

I had my wedding here on 10.19.19. Madison and the entire staff are amazing. The food is amazing! Guests had 2nd and 3rd plates of food and were raving about it for days after! The room is very spacious and can be arranged to accommodate any size wedding. The outdoor space is beautiful. We had a daytime wedding and everything was wonderful! I cannot thank you all enough for my amazing day. Don't pass up on the Hamlet for any event you are having!

Very nice venue, the groomsman room has a nice pool table for us to use before the wedding started. The outside was beautiful as well, loved the little fountains. A bonus if you book a wedding there you get a free round of golf, but make sure there's no tournament going on cause they may have you rebook if possible.

I found the course to be fairly straight but the scenery is up 2 par with a country club. The party planner was extremely rude to my friend and my wife. It doesn't seem he fits the club, I wouldn't go here just because of him. The rest of the staff seemed personable. I will not be returning, I wanted to join the club but their amenities aren't worth what they ask for as well.

Pretty venue, nice staff, good price, but the party planner threatened to cancel the party 2 weeks before the party was scheduled because we had complained about the date change. In person we told him that we wanted to have the party Friday, he agreed but then sent a proposal for Saturday which we believed to be an honest mistake. However when we came to reserve the venue he said that Friday was reserved for a different party and told us we had to do Saturday. This would've been fine if we hadn't already sent out the invites and we invited people before reserving the venue because we were told…

We were there for the wedding. It was beautiful and stuff was very helpful and kept everything very clean. Plenty of free parking.

I was here for my 50th high school reunion. Beautiful venue. The service was excellent along with the server's.

I went there for a wedding and the grounds were beautiful, ballrooms were grand and bathrooms were clean. It was an outdoor ceremony by the golf course by a lake. The staff was generally nice and accommodating I only had one unpleasant encounter with an employee lying about not knowing where the bride's suite was when I asked and I found out he clearly knew because he was helping to supervise the event. He only changed his attitude towards me after discovering I was the daughter of the bride which I found highly unprofessional but my overall experience was wonderful.
