Bird Bay is a wonderful place to live. The staff, people, and environment is just so nice and relaxing. They have all the amenities you need here. It’s a wonderful place to retire to.

One of the worst places to rent. The over zealous property manager will pick on you if you’re younger than 65. Will claim he smells cigarette smoke on your property and will constantly harass you. Then you have the front office staff who will follow suit and swear they smell it too. Always knocking on your front door like they’re the police. If I could give zero star, I would.

Awesome place to retire. Many activities to participate in. Grounds are kept In excellent pristine condition. Manager and staff are attentjve, kind and experienced. Recommend

I enjoy riding through on my adult trike. It has lots of trees shading you from the sun also well landscaped. Wouldn't mind living there myself.

Its been a great place for snowbirds like my mom and dad who have been retired now for 20 years! I love visiting in the winter, such a nice respite from Michigan

Lots of activities to do located close to the beach. Many pools that are impeccably maintained. Staff is very helpful and caring.

Well maintained property has many pools with most pleasant staff and lots of outdoor activities to play.

Comfortable, spacious, affordable, and a great location. Landlord works with you and is very helpful. Would highly recommend bird bay.

Back 9 is in terrible shape. Fairrways and greens a lot of pitting and bare spots. Front 9 decent.
