Great course for the price. 9 holes, and on the shorter side. Greens are in amazing condition, fairways were dry but we haven't had rain for weeks. Clubhouse has drinks and basic foods available, people there were nice

My buddies and I golf here at least once a week. This course is in a lot better condition than others in our area and you can’t beat the price. The manager and staff are always pleasant to us. Highly recommend.

Nice course...all level...old reviews don't hold water. They are working on improvements and have been for several years...and it shows. Very pleasant. Challenging course. Not an executive nine hole course.

My first time at this course was 07/02/25. The cost was reasonable, the course was in good shape (alot of rain lately but still good), fellow golfers were friendly. I really like driving range on site and I really appreciated pace of play. I typically golf with 1 or 2 golfers and we are fairly quick pace but at many golf courses other golfers are in a big hurry (road rage?) and get tense if they have to wait briefly. In my view this is disrespectful and takes away from the golfing experience. I did not experience this at Vandergrift and really enjoyed it.

First time playing there and this course is a fantastic value! Definitely a hidden gem. The staff and other golfers are very nice and a pleasure to be around. I would certainly recommend and will most definitely be going back!

Terrible, short course. Only 9 holes as well. Greens are beyond destroyed. They are un-puttable. I went yesterday and not a single putt went unimpeded. I told the lady at the front that they needed to fix the greens. She stated that they "have a project in place to address it", and that I could go somewhere else if I didn't like it. I said okay. The only reason I will return is to hit the driving rage, which is $3, and appropriately so. All the range is is an open field with an old oil tank. No yardage markers and you can't even see where your ball lands because its over a hill. But $3 is $3.…

Angry childish worker yelled at me for hitting balls on the "driving range" while he was working. Monday 4-29, 10am. I never saw him, and would have waited to swing had I saw him. His attitude and unprofessional demenor ruined my experience. Don't yell at me while I'm doing nothing wrong by paying to use your facilities. I was so excited to be able to get out on my day off for some me time, but nope, Angry baby had to ruin it. I will gladly travel longer distancss to another facility that respects the patrons.

Course is decent, greens are good. My biggest complain is the owner, i go to play, relax not have a owner watching me every second i play checking on me. Then when he talks to you he is NOT pleasant at all. I’m not the only review or person I’ve heard complain about the owner. Go to another course.

If you are a beginner golfer, do NOT golf here. When we golf, we always seem to run into someone that is miserable that tries to ruin our experience. We have been yelled at and just plain right belittled for doing absolutely nothing wrong. We know we aren’t the greatest when we play, so we try and let people go ahead of us a lot. We are tired of dealing with the people who think they “run the course” and think they can do whatever they want. We will not be back.

Absolutely the worst golf course I’ve ever been to. The ranger was watching us play the entire time and harassed us, which led to the police being called since we parked the cart too close to the green. We were cussed at and followed all the way to our car where the ranger continued to cuss at us while we were trying to leave. The old men who are members at the course are complete jerks and the culture at the course is toxic. The grass is dying and in places you can’t tell where the rough ends and the fairway begins. The sand traps look like a construction site and can’t even be played out of.…

New ranger can’t handle having authority. Saturday July 25th group of college men were harassed, cussed at, had police called, and followed to there vehicles in parking lot for carts being 20 feet away from the green instead of 30. Disappointing to see such a poor character by an official of such a well know course. Hope you all have better luck.

A very nice 9 hole golf course. A couple holes need banks manicured on back side of greens. All and all l will play there again. Great price to play on week days.
