In summary

Robert Moses State Park Golf Course is highly praised for its well-maintained par-3 pitch and putt layout, offering an enjoyable experience for both beginners and seasoned golfers looking to practice their short game. The scenic location near the beach, ample parking, and friendly staff enhance the overall experience. However, visitors are advised to be cautious of ticks and poison ivy in the rough areas, and some have noted occasional issues with insects.

I'm new to the sport (5 months in), and I wanted a challenge greater than miniature golf. I never even heard of a Pitch n Putt Course, but i'm so glad I found RM. Definitely a great place to lock in on your short game. The staff is nice too...

It is such a wonderful par 3 Pitch & Putt Course. Whether you are a beginner or just out to test new lofted clubs or to fine tune your flops this place is great. Club rentals available as well as balls for purchase. If you’re a beginner bring/buy lots of balls due to super thick shrubs and poison ivy! Not worth the aftermath ⛔️⚠️ The location of this is amazing being surrounded by water and beaches, the course is well maintained and the greens are decent and there is plenty of parking. Play during the end of the season around 5-6:00 and you are sure to be playing with hares and deer as spect…

Always a wonderful time. Enjoyable and relaxing. Great place to practice your short game. $11 for 18 holes. All par 3 with the exception of the #13 hole which I finally eagled today! ⛳️

One of the nicest beach on the Island. Not so crowded as jones or long beach. Plenty of parking and clean restrooms. Love the visit every-time we go.

A great Long Island par-3 golf course! Been coming here for 30+ years and it is probably in the best shape I can remember. Greens are nice and flat. And the trees make every hole seem remote. $11 to play. Cheaper for seniors, students, etc. Beware of ticks and poison ivy in the rough.

Had a great pitch and putt experience. The cashier was this lovely sweet man. Very helpful. All the other people on the course were also so helpful and friendly. Will definitely go back again.

First time my boys played real golf other than mini. Great course to let them knocked the ball around. They rent clubs for kids and adults. Bring plenty of balls every fairway is surrounded by poison ivy. They take credit cards.

Took my 3 boys. Brought back memories of going with my dad as a kid. Boys did good for their first time on something bigger than a mini golf course.

One of the best ways to start a beach day. 18 holes of pitch and putt (and a few beers in the bag), then throw the clubs in the car and head down to the rest of the family at the beach. A few nice views in between holes. Very well maintained for the price ($11). Can't beat it!

The Best place to get a little exercise and enjoy a peaceful day of par 3 golf.An Oasis. The only downfall is watch out for the ticks. Do not look for your ball if it goes into the brush. If you do you will most likely come out with ticks on you.

As far as pitch and putt courses go this is tops. I mean for an avid golfer it's not much of a challenge but great to practice their short game. The course is very well maintained and deer is all over the place to view. Just make sure you wear bug spray as they well crawl up your pants and cause havoc.
