Played here first time on a Friday morning (7:15am), I played two 9 hole rounds. First round was 80 minutes, as a single player. Second round was right at 60 minutes. No one pushing me or holding me up, the hole lay out took a little to figure out, but after my first round it was easy to follow. The greens are in excellent conditions and good fairways. I didn't lose many balls. They are plenty of ball cleaners and a port-of-potty at the tee box of hole 6th. The golf carts are clean and are in great shape. Tee box weren't littered with old tee's. If I lived locally I would play this course on a…

Very fun 9 hole course. Staff is VERY accommodating and pleasant to have a conversation with. Best price I’ve ever paid for 9, too. A few of the holes are quite simple but it’s a nice change in tempo. Highly recommend for all.

Do not recommend this course to anyone who is trying to learn the game. On the Third hole, the two course marshals rolled up on us and before we could even get a word out they start blasting us and berating us for our slow play, saying we were causing a scene and being extremely rude. When I tried to explain it was my friends first time playing, they proceeded to say “we don’t give a shit” and kept insisting we were an issue on the course. Mind you that we were the last group on the course and we’re not impeding anyones play, we actually let two groups play through on the second hole. The mana…

Come here once a week, but that won’t happen again. We have brought my nephew multiple times and never had a problem, until today. The girl at the front counter made up a law that kids couldn’t be on a golf course. Then proceeded to argue with me when I asked for my money back. Dogs can lay all over the golf course, but you can’t have a kid in a cart.

It's ok but severely lacking in customer appreciation. We are what pays your bills ultimately. The lady that works the counter is very friendly but the owners policies and just the way the course is upkept is very subpar at best. Southwoods/breabender is the place to go in mckean. The owner is awesome and he will work with what ya got. You won't go home feeling jaded, unless you go to orchard ponds

It's a short but fun course. Great for a quick 9 or for beginners. The staff is always super friendly. Highly recommend.
