Oakhaven Golf Club

Very nice driving range that faces east, I do wish they had a chart that showed how far away each pin is on the driving range.. they may have one Its very possible that I just have not found it yet.

Today’s experience at Oakhaven was the worst experience I’ve had in terms of service and on course experience. 2 hours after our tee time and we only played five holes. After deciding to call it a day, I bring the cart key inside and to share my experience and got blasted by the staff. You would think they’d offer a rain check or at least reduce my fee from 18 to 9 holes, let alone just give me e refund. Instead I get reprimanded by the staff and told if I feel that my times valuable to me that I shouldn’t be playing on a public golf course. My group has no reason to ever play there again. And…

What a BEAUTIFUL and FUN course. not to mention it has AWESOME facilities!! Huge putting/chipping green, covered and grass bay range, rolling hills and true greens. This was my first time here yesterday with one of my buds, cousin and his friend. They live north of columbus so we met halfway and this was the spot. There were no pictures online that showed how good this course really is. We played at 430pm on a wednesday and played 18. Beautiful course and the grounds crew must be excellent because the course is manicured perfectly. John the pro in the club house was very friendly ... It made for a perfect outing today for our group (the Ohio Funeral Directors Association)

Love the range, facilities and staff. The reason for the one star review is PACE OF PLAY. Consistently have to wait 15-20 minutes in between holes. The tee times are stacked too close together. During the week leagues are consistently battling with people making the turn and this leads to a 3+ hour round of only 9 holes. If Oakhaven fixed this issue I would recommend this course to anyone to come play. Unfortunately because of this issue I would not recommend at this point.

Beautiful course with a good pace of play. Cart paths were not well maintained and very rough. The woods surrounding the course was good for blocking road noise.

This course tries to avoid honoring discounts. Bought discounted rounds from group golfer.com. Booked rounds for 3rd of July. Coupons valid through first of August except course holidays. I mistake y assumed the 4th would be but not the 3rd. Course after much discussion honored the coupons persuading me it was my fault. Accepted until I talk to the group of retirees. we all take every opportunity to get a discounted rounds. Loved course, price, driving range & staff... BUT the rangers were MIA on 5/29, for a party of 12 @ 11am was ridiculously slow (5.5 hours for 18). Plus, there was party of 8 playing scramble as foursome. We senior golfers will be back chalking this up to Muirfield weekend

Good course for all levels of golf. Back nine a little more challenging. IMO a little on the high end cost wise until they upgrade the carts and up the beer cart game.

5.9 / 10 - I’ve driven by this course multiple times and it looks great from the road. In terms of design, the layout is good. Minimal bunkering on the course which is interesting. Tee boxes were in decent shape, fairways were good, greens were very beat up. I feel bad for the super because no one fixes pitch marks. This course is a high traffic track, between youth tournaments, outings and leagues I get the impression there is a lot of play. Very solid consistent condition. You know what your getting every time you go. Nice range. Short coming is just a basic / small grille. A solid play!
