Okay so it’s been a few months since my wedding and although our day was absolutely perfect I want to be 100% honest to everything that happened before the wedding. 1. we were cycled through 3 different event planners by the time the wedding came around. The original wedding planner disappeared shortly after we booked with them. After that I had difficulty for several months contacting anyone and eventually got a hold of the new wedding planner, who told me that we could no longer do things we had been promised, and was trying to up charge prices we had already signed a contract for. I photographed a wedding there last month and it was a wonderful experience! The wedding planner was amazing to work with and so helpful. The venue and outside area is stunning and the perfect location for an outdoor ceremony!

I had a wonderful experience here the people were fantastic and easy to work with. We had a breakfast at the start of our meeting. Good coffee ,tea,and juice with assorted yummy pastries and bagels cream cheese and jelly. We had A great meeting about 115 people there. That was followed by a lunch buffet salad, potatoes mixed vegetables with a fantastic pork medallions and equally delicious chicken breast I highly recommend this venue talk with Marcus King I am sure that he will help you make your event special

One of the best public (semi-private) golf courses in Central Ohio. The course is very long (7500+ yds), moderately difficult hazards to avoid, and typically very good greens to putt on. The staff is phenomenal. Tim, the Head Pro, is very easy to work with, takes great care of the course and his members. All wait staff come to know you by name and always greet you with a smile. With all the development in our area, NorthStar will soon be the anchor to this growing Sunbury community.

BizWIN of Sunbury Big Walnut Chamber of Commerce had our first ever Drive Range Event at NorthStar. We enjoyed mimosas while receiving instruction on golf, and had the opportunity to practice our swing repeatedly. The instructors, Chris and Jacob were phenomenal. They were patient and encouraging not to mention informative. They even took a video and emailed it to us so we could see what we did correctly and what needs work. This was my first time swinging a golf club and I couldn’t have asked for a better place to get the lesson. I will definitely do this again!

Great golf course... Layout is very well done, the front nice and wide then the back tightens up but the greens on both sides have plenty of slope and pin locations can make for some difficult pars.... Greens ran quick and were very receptive so the shape of these greens are another 5 ⭐... Great job staff and management, can't wait to come back and play again

I was here for an event and everything was well done. The room was nice, the food was good, and everyone I interacted with there was friendly and helpful.

We always enjoy our visits to this Club, and the food at the restaurant consistently exceeds our expectations — compliments to the chef for the delicious meals each time. Our server, Tesa, has a wonderful personality and always makes us feel welcome, adding to the overall positive experience. Thank you for the excellent service and hospitality.

Nate is an absolute embarrassement and toxic to this so call country club and they way they let him run this place. He talked down to my girlfriend to the point she was CRYING in front of other guest at an event. He locked me out of the portal to book tee times when people weekly dont show up for their golf scheduled. I have the voicemail he left me if anyone would like to hear the way he talks to his members. Ive been double charged the last 2 months and he will not refund my credit card and Im out $1500 right now. Ive asked 3x for help and he holds a grudge against people. Save your money g…

We had an amazing experience hosting our wedding reception at Northstar in March of 2023. The staff at Northstar were all very responsive during the planning process and were beyond helpful on the weekend of our wedding.
