In summary

Isleta Eagle Golf Club is appreciated for its scenic setting and challenging course layout, offering three 9-hole options that many find enjoyable and well-maintained. The staff is generally praised for their friendliness and helpfulness, and the club provides a good value with amenities like a driving range and putting green. However, some visitors have reported issues with course conditions, particularly with wet areas and maintenance on certain greens and tee boxes, as well as concerns about hospitality and amenities such as water availability during hot weather.

Play this course about 10 years ago. I was back in town this weekend so I thought I'd give it a try again. Not disappointed. Well-priced and well-maintained. Staff is friendly inside the pro shop. Large driving range to practice on. Also a nice putting green to get a feel for the role of the green. Course was in great shape. The only bad spot was on the Lakes course on number 9. Put a great round of golf got paired up with two locals and another guy from out of town. We had a good time together. If you're in town or nearby be sure to come over here and play that course. You won't be disappoint…

We played mesa and lakes, loved it. The courses were fun and challenging. The second to last holes on each side, depending on the tee you choose, are 600yd par 5s, they beat me up pretty good. Let's talk about value, this is one of the best in those terms, here in Albuquerque. On the weekday it was 65 bucks with cart and range balls included, not bad at all. The staff was super nice and very helpful. Though it's a little out of the way, I look forward to playing there again. Thanks Isleta.

A 10-15 min drive just south of Albuquerque. Nice courses, 3 9-hole options. If you have never been to the bosque's of New Mexico, you can get the scenery, views, and play some golf. A nice combination.

The staff are accommodating and friendly. I occasionally golf by myself, and there's usually no trouble getting a tee time. The 3 9 hole courses are challenging!

Edit: Played the course in early September. It’s gotten better but still pretty rough. TONS of clover, crab grass and absolutely drenched with water in a lot of areas. Most greens have recovered but not all. Edit #2: They’ve really turned the course around. Lots of tee boxes still closed. But they have grass again. Keeping it up should have it nice come summer time.

The course has a nice layout, rough in spots, the greens are ridiculously fast but also have bare areas on them. GPS carts are nice, staff was helpful

The course is in really bad shape for 65$. I won’t be back anytime soon. Hopefully they get it back up to par, as it’s one of my favorite place to play in abq. These are just a couple of photos. The majority of the course looks like This.

It's been a while since I played here in three or four years. Played the lakes nine which was in good shape and arroyo was not in good shape at all. The dining area was not attentive at all, had to wait before even being greeted. The drink lady andrea was not happy at all to be working and the little lady in the pro shop acted like us Customers were a bother for her. I play with the group of friends regularly, and we decided to give Isleta a shot but we will not be returning here, "ever". There are much better courses in Albuquerque and north of Albuquerque that are much better with customer se…

Good course, however not a single time during our game did we see the beverage cart girl. We called and mentioned it to the shop, we were then told that she had just loaded up. However she never came. Bit disappointed

This course needs some serious rehab. It is a shame because the layout is very unique to Albuquerque with lots of water and links style fairways. Last year their main watwr pump went out and much of the course died out. At this point, the tee boxes are in horrible shape, many of them are fully weeds. It looks like they didn't even try to plant grass after the die off. The greens and fairways are spotty with some burned out spots (Lakes 9 green is the worst). The worst option in Albuquerque and not currently worth the drive.
