Best par 3 in CT, always in great shape, well maintained. Fun layout, great variety of holes easy to challenging, holes 3 & 8 the trickiest in a good way. Play here often and recommend to everyone!

This is exactly the way golf should be. Wonderfully maintained course, beginner friendly, and the best staff I’ve ever encountered locally. Annie is an angel sent from heaven whom we do not deserve. Will be back next season!

Gainfield Farms Golf course is a little gem in Southbury CT. When I didn't know how to golf, this was the best place to learn. The 9 holes of par 3's and one par 4 is great for beginners. My son is 9 and just starting to play and this is the best golf course to learn on.

Course is maintained rather well considering how many people play here per day. Really fun layout with a nice amount of elevation change. The rates are fair and if you play the 9 holes twice the second play through is heavily discounted. The staff is also INCREDIBLY kind. I highly recommend this course

I have never met such a rude starter in my life and will not be returning. Today a friend came here to play golf for the first time ever and was going to share clubs with us, when the starter realized he became irate and began scolding us on the policy against sharing clubs. He was so angry that when we asked to buy a rental he refused to sell it to us. He told us he shouldn't have come at all, he would slow down the pace of play, and should come back after he's bought clubs. Let me reiterate, it was his first time playing golf ever. Also, its a chilly Tuesday so there was barely anyone on the…

Beautiful golf course in picturesque surroundings and well maintained. Super friendly staff as well as other golfers. No pressure, so move along at your own pace. Great for beginners. It is a bit hilly, so definitely use a cart. Will definitely be back. An hour away for me, but worth the trip.

Great beginners course. Par 3 for all but 1 hole and straight fairways with few hazards. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Course was well kept and had some beautiful flowers. Also you're only allowed to sink 2 balls into their water Hazzard at hole 2

A beautiful, little 9-hole course. Very well groomed and clean at all times. Staff and fellow golfers are friendly and relaxed. Perfect for beginners or, like myself, retirees coming back to golf.

The worst experience ever golfing. Had a first time player with me, the elderly gentlemen at the front desk removed us from the course due to slow pace with no warning. Removed us on hole 6 with no refund. For reference there was no groups booked behind us. Absolutely will never come back and neither should you. Waste of money and time. If there was a 0 star choice that’s what I’d say about this place.
