In summary

Heritage Village Country Club is frequently praised for its well-maintained course, challenging layout, and beautiful scenery, making it a favorite among golf enthusiasts. The staff is often described as helpful, and the dining options, particularly at the 1850 House, receive positive feedback for their quality and variety. However, some members express dissatisfaction with changes to dining arrangements, particularly the shift of the 1850 House to brunch-only service, and there are occasional complaints about service delays and course maintenance issues.

Silo Point CC has been a great experience thus far. I recently joined as a single member. The range is a place where I spend most lunches these days. The course is usually kept in great condition. The fairways are like plush carpet and the greens seem to run a consistent 9 or 10. I was initially looking for something more family friendly with tennis and pool but that proved hard to find close to our home. The course itself has many tees. While at first glance it may seem short at just over 6200 yards from the tips, the shape of the holes, terrain and elevation changes provides a stiff test for…

My first time here. What a pleasure. The grounds are beautiful. Food and service was awesome. Never felt rushed or hurried. The room and the bar room are tastefully done. Another perk.....parking was easy!

Golf is nice. But you made a BIG MISTAKE making the 1850 house brunch only. Who are you catering to? The over 55 crowd that lives in the surrounding condos or should it be your members who enjoyed a nice relaxing dinner at sunset overlooking the course? You put the members in a hole in the clubhouse for a burger. And the over 55 get to go to brunch in the lovely outdoor 1850 house. BIG MISTAKE. As your members sit at Maggie McFlys for dinner after playing a round. 💁💁💁

BRING BACK 1850 HOUSE for the members who pay to be there! Instead of enjoying a nice dinner overlooking the golf course, we give our business to a local restaurant instead. Who does brunch on a weekday??? The new members only bar is uninviting and sterile. no thanks!

Best private golf course In CT as far as I'm concerned. Very helpful staff. 4 hr rounds of golf are the norm. J&J tavern is new and the food is great.

Hard and Long from the tips with tough pin placements and fast greens. Do NOT be above the hole on any Hole. A true golf Challenge!!! Went 40, 41 for an 81.

Horrible customer service. Waited 45 minutes just to get our drinks. Our food never came out so we left.

Love the course. Greens are challenging and fast. I expect they'll get even faster as we roll into the summer months.
