All About Golf Mount Chestnut Golf Course & Driving Range

My 72 year old grandpa recently gifted me all of his clubs because he can't walk anymore to play. His big Bertha driver was broken and his only request for me was to fix it to keep it in the family. I decided to take it to this store. I walk in and the young kid working there couldn't care less about his job the customer service from him was terrible. I stopped by today and asked for a club to be regripped. I was quickly attended to and out of the door within about 10 minutes. Prices are fair, but service is incredible!

Staff was friendly. They have a practice green & the driving range has lights. They also have a 9 hole short course. A good place to practice your golf game.

Excellent pro shop! Bought a new pair of clubs today from the owner Ken. He was very helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. I was also very impressed with the driving range, especially for the winter months. Perfect place to stay safe outside while doing something you enjoy for a good price. Highly recommend!

this place rocks! went in to buy new clubs and did just that. very helpful and friendly. hit some balls on the spot with 4-5 different clubs. found what was right for me and walk out with some brand new clubs. if you are in the market for some new golf equipment and you are close by check this place out, you wont be disappointed.

My son and I wanted to enjoy one of the last nice days of the year. We played the course and we were pleasantly surprised. The course was in great shape. Price was tremendous! $5 each, we walked and it was beautiful out. We will probably be out again this year.

I really enjoy this range. Friendly staff and good prices. Great pro shop also. Website could use some rules as to where to hit from under the lights during non open hours. Not sure if you are allowed to walk around and hit from the covered bays or not. Best range in Butler.

Been going here for about a month or so now. Been over 30 years since I golfed, but my teenage son got interested in the game and asked me about digging out my ancient clubs and going to hit a few balls. That ultimately turned into lessons with Tim Nypaver here for my boy and it’s been going great. We’ve seen a big improvement in his game and it’s brought us closer together during the dreaded “teenage years” which is a really nice side effect! Decent Place With Lots To Offer. The Pro Shop Is Very Well Stocked. We’ve Had Two Sets Of Grips Replaced And A Starter Set Of Clubs Purchased All Within My Family. Hit The Range Today. My Only Gripe Is They Have No Bag Stands For The Cart Bag Guys. Snag Some Cheap Ones Or Make Some Please; So I Don’t Have To Lay My Bag Down In The Grass Or Gravel.

Renovations and improvements this summer are incredible! New fairway mow patterns, great green conditions, replacement of old worn out course equipment and the beautiful new driving range facility all make this one of my favorite places to go get my golf on without it costing an arm and a leg or requiring a full day commitment. And the course is short enough that I can take my son that I am teaching the game to.

Excellent pro shop with a nice selection of items at very fair prices. I had a couple clubs regripped here, and it was a really easy and seamless process. One of the best driving ranges in the area in my opinion.
