Lake Arthur Golf Club

I go up there each year from Florida to play a scramble and it is a nice course tucked away in the country. Great layout and the par 3 holes are interesting, especially the 9th with the bunker in front.

Had an amazing time at Lake Arthur Golf Club! The course was in great shape, with beautiful views and just the right mix of challenge and fun. The staff was friendly, and the whole experience was relaxing and enjoyable. Can’t wait to come back for another round!

Great course, but greens were tough. Will definitely be back to see if we can do better.

The staff is friendly, the front nine is open with very little water, the back nine is a little more challenging with some nicely placed water hazards. My go to course with friends for a relaxing afternoon of golf and a couple of cold drinks after.

Could definitely use some cutting back of some of the old mature trees and some better general grounds keeping but overall if you stay in the fairway and hit the greens your only problem will be negotiating the tricky and undulating greens that can be fairly speedy depending on the time of year. Fun layout and challenging course.

Really disappointing time today. Saturday of Memorial Day weekend you would expect a good showing. Had the first tee time at 7am. Clubhouse opened at about 6:50. The sullen fellow that opened the place seemed to be doing us a favor by taking our money. Speaking of money – big change from last year it seems. I think it was in the high $40’s last year for 18 riding on the weekend. $57 this year. I didn’t see any improvements that justified that increase – sand traps are horrible. Back to the reception experience – cold morning, some coffee would have been nice and given them some revenue but the…

I don't understand reviews from a week or two ago saying course was in great shape 57$ on the weekend Dead all over the fairways in the young person at the counter Sunday morning look like we were bothering him to give him our money

Greens are very fast and large. Course in great condition. Slope rate is in at 135,a bit challenging but fun to play.

Fairways and tees are rough but the greens are perfect for this time of year

Not bad for a public course the greens are in good shape and roll well for a public course. Its a great course if you like to walk probably the flattest in w. Pa. Its a little on the pricey side i paid $19 on a weekend to walk 9 holes and the pratice greens are horrible. But on the whole of public courses its not bad.

Not a very difficult course layout wise. Greens were quick and well maintained even on a cold, wet morning. Rough was manageable. Would play here again for sure.
