In summary

Wind Watch Golf & Country Club is frequently praised for its beautiful and challenging golf course, which features narrow fairways, water hazards, and well-maintained greens. The staff is often described as friendly and professional, contributing to a positive experience for both golf and event hosting. While the venue is generally well-regarded, some visitors have noted issues with cart reliability and course management, as well as maintenance concerns like geese droppings and tee box conditions.

We just held my baby shower here yesterday and it was incredible. The wait staff was so professional and attentive they couldn’t do enough for us. Chef Anthony’s food was out of this world everyone loved their meals. And charlotte was so kind and helpful through the whole planning process. I look forward to hosting an event here again soon.

My husband and I had our wedding here—amazing—it was literally the most perfect day! From start to finish, Eleanor and her team at the Wind Watch truly turned our dreams into a reality. They were a pleasure to work with, flexible to our needs, and made the wedding planning process as stress-free as possible. Gorgeous grounds, delicious food, the entire day went off without a hitch. Service was equally excellent, and we still have guests taking about how much they enjoyed the food. Highly recommend this venue for anyone having a wedding or any other kind of function/party. They truly made our d…

Beautiful course. Reminds me of many courses I've played in PA & FL (golf course holes laid out within houses/residential community). Tight course, with plenty of hazards and water areas in play. A bit steep, price wise, but not so obscene. Friendly staff, tip top golf carts... 18th hole layout is a tough uphill trek! This course is definitely a course to use a cart (a lot of distance in between many of the holes).

Great track !! The course is in great shape. Fairways are like carpet. Greens are blazing fast. A lot of hazards and water in play. Par 5’s are long. About 4 hour round

A challenging and beautiful course. It’s generally a steep and tight course with a lot of water hazards and other obstacles in play that requires precise game skills. The course is well maintained with beautiful views all over the place. Nice practice range as well. You definitely need to use cart in this course, since a lot of the holes are in distance from each other. The staff is friendly and professional. However, be careful, it’s called Wind Watch for a reason. It’s pretty windy that may affect the gameplay. I’d definitely recommend this challenging course.

Staff was amazing! We had our company Christmas party there and I was very impressed with the attentiveness of the staff and cleanliness of the venue. Will definitely consider Wind Watch for future events!

Finally the weather warmed up a bit, only just though and the snow melted enough for a few courses here in NYC to open for play. Found a deal online to play a course @windwatchgcc we've never played before, only 2 of us at 8.30 and only 2 others on the course seen all the way around. Considering the the cold and the recent snow coverage the course is in great shape. Greens were brilliant, great speed and very true. 2 holes playing down, the last, up hill, the rest on the flat, water in play on a large selection of holes and sand in play on every hole. For the quality of the course, it's a pity…

Came for twilight and two different carts died on us. Pro shop didn’t answer phone calls so were pushing the cart for multiple holes before somebody came and helped us. Then go back out for ranger to come around and tell us last hole with almost an hour of daylight left to play, have never seen a course even tell players to come in at twilight. Was offered no money back or free round or anything of the sort for the bad experience. Lots of geese poop all over course as well and tee boxes in bad shape.
