In summary

The Raven Golf Club at Three Peaks is widely praised for its stunning mountain views, challenging layout, and friendly staff, making it a memorable experience for many golfers. The course's high elevation and scenic landscape contribute to its unique appeal, though some visitors note that maintaining grass quality can be challenging, especially towards the end of the season. While most appreciate the overall experience, a few have expressed concerns about the condition of certain greens and the value relative to the green fees.

Beautiful golf course I played here in September. The weather was perfect, and the greens were fast. Nice pro shop with lots of merch and a large bar/ dining area. Lots of elevation changes and beautiful views throughout out the course. My favorite holes would be 8 and 9. Fun course

I was a little worried about this course after reading some of the reviews. Let me say first and foremost, if you have the chance to play this course, you should. After reading some of the reviews of this course I was expecting a goat ranch with dry, cracking fairways. This is one of the most beautiful, spectacular courses I’ve ever played. Please keep in mind the course sits at 9,000 feet above sea level - so close to the tree line it’s amazing the course is in such good shape! The 13th hole does have issues. I’m sure the club is addressing it, but I found the tees, fairways and greens to…

Such a beautiful course with amazing views. We had a group of 9 and they were very accommodating. If you’re in Colorado I’d recommend you check it out, will be visiting again in the near future. Also their pro shop had awesome items to purchase.

We played about a week ago. +’s the views - worth the price just to see the views Rental clubs A+ Don’t go into thinking you’re going to have lush green grass everywhere, climate does not allow for that. -‘s we started at 4:30, seen a Bev cart on Hole 2, and never again. At the turn clubhouse closed. Overall if you want to play a mountain course, with great views, I would put this on the list. Plus our starter was great, seen wildlife. a very nice round.

Friendly staff! Very beautiful layout! Sure the 13th hole is bad now, but there are factors that may not be the course’s fault. It’s such a beautiful landscape. Grand views and very playable. For the golfnow deal of $65, I’d recommend! I’m glad I played!

Always a fun place to play. In generally great condition with a few holes having soggy areas on the fairways. The greens are true and fast. The scenic value of this course is amazing. So many beautiful views. Love playing here each year.

I highly recommend playing here! I also read all the reviews and wasn't sure, but we are very glad we did play here. This is a mountain golf course, and the views and wildlife are incredible! The elevation changes make it a lot of fun but challenging. The carts are very nice. All employees were very friendly and explained everything to us, including the credit card fee. Take cash or use your debit card if you don't want to pay the small fee. We rented clubs and they were new and very nice. The course conditions are getting better every day. It is very hard to grow grass at 8,700 feet elevation…

Course is in very poor shape but it’s at the end of the season and it’s hard to water on the side of a mountain. Breathtaking views and a memorable routing. Would be 4 stars but the guy (Scott?) in the pro shop was rude and pretentious to everyone, including members. Embarrassing for such a lovely property otherwise.

Beautiful course layout and scenery, really fun golf. The fairways and tee boxes are in great condition (especially for mid-Oct and having a few inches of snow a couple of days earlier - amazing drainage) whilst almost all other local courses are closed. The greens had some sand, but the ball still ran pretty true, just a little slower than normal. Plus the rates were reduced to allow for the greens. The practice/driving range balls being included are a nice touch too. Can't wait to play here again.

The course is in rough shape, but the views are exceptional. There were several deer on the course when we were playing in the middle of the afternoon into the early evening. Beautifully homes all over the course.

Extremely disappointing experience. Last week I reserved a tee time for today. When I reserved the tee time I was aware the greens were being aerated and sanded early last week. I called the pro shop and asked if the course would be in playable condition by today. The response I received was “sure, it should be fine”. It wasn’t. There was so much sand on ALL the back nine greens that it was impossible to putt. When we finished playing and I inquired about the sandy greens I was given a less than appropriate answer…the response was “we’ll have to spread out the sand a little better”. No apology…

I have 0 clue why there are so many bad reviews? This place is absolutely beautiful. Tons of holes with challenging shots to go along with a Mountain View. Conditions were quite nice considering the weather recently. Green slow but pure, fairways cut down and not to hard or soft, rough was well groomed and not impossible to hit out of. Will definitely be coming back.
