In summary

The Homestead Golf Course is praised for its well-maintained greens, stunning views of the city and mountains, and friendly, accommodating staff. Many golfers appreciate the challenging layout despite its par 65, with unique holes that offer a mix of difficulty and scenic beauty. However, some visitors express frustration with the slow pace of play and the course's executive-style design, which can lead to congestion and lengthy rounds.

This is not an exec course. It is a short Championship course. The staff is superb. From check in to the the restaurant and the on course service made the pain that the course inflicts upon you a little easier to swallow. This golf course will challenge every part of your game. The views of the city, the front range, and Red Rocks are amazing. I fell that this course is a hidden gem and can't wait to play it again next week.

Fantastic course for a great price. Got the first tee time of the day and they were very communicative on the time we need to hit so we don't have to wait. The cart was right there waiting for us at the end of 10 to take us to 11 (4 walkers). All the staff was very friendly. The course was very challenging and had beautiful views. Don't be fooled by the 65 par, you'll feel like you're playing a 72 hands down. Every hole is unique and has beautiful views and challenging fairways, bunkers, and greens. I can't wait to book my next round.

I love this course, so many fun holes and it’s in great shape. Unfortunately, the speed of play is absolutely shocking. 5 hours to play an executive course is crazy. We gave up after the 14 th hole because 7 groups were lined up on two tee boxes

I paid $49 to walk the Homestead course, and I want to start by saying the staff working there are genuinely awesome people. They were friendly, professional, and welcoming, and they clearly care about the place. Unfortunately the same cannot be said about the golf course itself. From a player’s standpoint the layout feels far less like a true 18 hole course and far more like an extended short game practice loop. With eight par threes and only one par five, the round quickly becomes a repetitive sequence of short iron tee shots where driver strategy, course management, and real variety barely…

Had an unexpected change of plans that thankfully lead us to try the Honestead course. The driving range was a decent siz with several targets. The cart girl sold me honestly one of the best breakfast burritos I have ever had. Great course with several challenging spots. If I’m ever back in town or have anyone I know going that way I’ll for sure recommend the course.

Loved this course! Nice elevated greens and tees, some difficult and easy holes with amazing view of the city and mountains. Staff was just lovely, had a great morning on the course. Worth checking out!

It's a really nice course, But I wasn't very happy with the two people I was paired up with, they were complaining about the group ahead of us which I didn't have a problem with but it was killing the vibe and almost got in a Fight with them which I was not very happy with And didn't want to be associated with them if they did get into a fight. And the group in front of us was going to blame me and my friend too when we didn't do anything. But just try to play the course versus the two other people we are paired up with. The pace of play was slow which I usually don't mind but the people we ar…

Great golf course, fun little Exec type course. Be careful of the mean beer cart girl, avoid her at all costs (the one that has been there 10 years, we all know who I am talking about). Buy all drinks in the club house before, or at the turn, out of spite. I love this course and would play more if it weren't for her. Just speaking facts.
