In summary

Raccoon Creek Golf Course is frequently praised for its well-maintained greens, scenic layout, and friendly staff, with many appreciating the challenging yet enjoyable course design and the amenities, including a popular restaurant. However, recurring criticisms include issues with pace of play, particularly during busy times, and concerns about the condition of bunkers and fairways. While some find the course offers good value, others feel improvements are needed to justify the cost.

Love this course! In excellent shape, facilities are beautiful. Greens are always in great shape. Challenging with water on many holes, but it’s fairly open and you can hit driver without getting into too much trouble. Nice driving range.

Bunkers need some love. the sand is very shallow. Pace of play is terrible but the layout is great. Greens are in good shape overall. It's a good experience but definitely have to make some improvements if they're going to charge $100 per round.

The Farmhouse Restaurant in the Raccoon Creek clubhouse is now serving breakfast Fri, Sat from 7-11am and all day on Sunday. We went with some friends and found the food to be delicious and reasonably priced. They have the clubhouse and restaurant beautifully decorated in the holiday spirit! I highly recommend you give it a try. It is a cozy and fun alternative to the regular breakfast spots. They mentioned that in the near future they will also be promoting weekday nightly dinner specials. Check those out too. Also... the staff running the restaurant are very fun, friendly and service oriente…

We were in Denver scouting courses for our Fall Golf Tournament. I had heard of Raccoon Creek but had never played there. The course was very nice but not sure it was worth what they were charging giving some of the conditions on the course, bare areas on the fairways and around the greens. The front nine is very different from the back nine which was nice. The front reminded me of a mid-west city course. Lots of trees and fairly simple layout. What you see is what you get. However the back nine was totally different as you had to play around the creek that meanders through the layout. The…

Excellent course. Very walkable course and a great rate. Holes had plenty of challenges and lots of protective sand. Pace was great, and everything was in great condition. I also appreciated they had a guy driving around with water to make sure everyone was hydrated.

Nice layout. Bunkers need some TLC. They were hard as rock. No soft sand at all. Average overall rating. Not worth $105.

I really enjoyed the course, and I do think the clubhouse is nice, new, and unique. The food in the clubhouse was also tasty. The starter & pro shop employees was very friendly. I had to deduct stars because my group & I were harassed by the ranger on MULTIPLE occasions. This was despite our group not being the problem. We were behind a slow group & followed quickly behind by a fast group. Our carts even showed us as “on pace” the entire time. You can imagine how unpleasant it is to: wait at every tee box, be accosted by the ranger on the fairway, then have the group behind drive balls into…

Great golf course for reasonable prices. Harder than some courses but fun challenging rather than frustrating. At the time (September) greens were very soft and everything was well taken care of.

Excellent course, played a round today. Staff is very professional and helpful. Keep up the great work. I will play here again. Make sure you take plenty sleeves of golf balls if you’re not in the fairway you may lose one or two or three.!! 🤣 😂

This golff course does not demonstrate any concern or interest in pleasing their patorns. I had a 1100 T time on a day after a light snow. On the morning of my T time I called to check if the course would be open. I called at 0830/0900/0930/1000 and no one answered the plone. I checked the website and it had no notification of whether the course would be open. They seem to be more concerned about their own personel work schedule than taking the time to update the recorded phone message or the website. As a result I drove to the course and found it unplayable. Their unprofessional service was a…

Coarse was great, would love to leave a higher rating. but the groups in front of us were 30-45 minutes behind pace , which the carts tell you. The weirdest and worst part is the Marshall or a staff member came around no less than 5 times asking if we needed water refills as they don’t keep jugs in the coarse. But could tell the groups in front of us to pick it up. As we were waiting on them the last 9-11 holes. We Had to leave before home 18 hole as we were at 4 hours and 50 minutes finishing the 17th with the group in front of us having barely started the last hole.
