Swan Lake Golf Club

Michael Rodriguez and his staff at Swan Lake were wonderful. We had my daughter's Bat Mitzvah party there. Michael was very attentive and went well beyond his duties to make the day perfect for us. From picking out color schemes, to helping with set up ideas we did not have to worry on the day of the party. The food was fabulous as well. I would highly recommend Swan Lake.

I go here to practice and It’s really amazing there. It’s a great experience and I have learned a lot from it! This is my favorite golf course and in my opinion it’s the atmosphere there is pretty peaceful and calming! It really helped me improve physically and mentally! Anyways that’s it xoxo!!

Pleasant environment and great course. I was going to golf at Spring Lake in Middle Island because it is closer to me, but the pro shop employee rushed me off the phone and offered little assistance in helping me set a tee time. The person who answered the phone here took the time to help out and made the experience an enjoyable one. Way to go to Swan Lake for having courteous and friendly staff!

Well-maintained course. Greens are tricky but true. Clubhouse folk are friendly. Get an early tee time, grab a big sausage egg and cheese on a roll, a coffee, enjoy a great morning and be home for lunch -- even on Saturday! A little frost only postponed a great round by less than an hour....

Very beautiful course to play. Nice fairways, beautiful green, well maintained. Its really fun to play here, staff is very nice and helpful. Beacause of coronavirus, they display safety messages all around, hand sanitizer and they cleaning the carts after the player finish the rounds. Definitely will go back.

Played ~ 10/17/2023 Green Fee ~ $55 (Cart $40) Backs ~ 6,800yds Range ~ No Putting Green ~ No The Tee Boxes and Fairways are in great condition. Greens were aerated within the past week and were excessively bumpy and unruly. The rough was in good condition. Bunkers were in good condition, but the sand was pretty shallow and rocky. The back is more visibly inspiring, but also more challenging. Swan Lake is nice public track close to the split between the North and South Forks. It features wide fairways, but trouble in many forms keeps this course at an honest challenge.

My daughter and I visited this course today as beginners, and unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. When we arrived, I explained that my daughter had clubs but no bag. The staff at the counter kindly lent us a bag, which I appreciated, but they failed to mention that I would need my own set as well. Once on the course, we were immediately met with hostility from an older staff member who scolded us for taking too long because there was supposedly “a long line of people waiting behind us.” Wanting to be considerate, we skipped the hole, only to discover later that there were ju…

Played yesterday. Course is on excellent shape. From tee box to green, traps ( both fairway and green side bunkers all raked). Greens had very few ball holes. The players are taking care of the course as is the greenskeeper. I recommend playing this course. Chuck A

Played this daily-fee track more than 2 years ago (05/14/2022) as part of APT Golf Tour's annual leg. Scored an 85 (+13) on a Par 72 course, good enough for a win in my division. My round included a memorable hole-out Birdie from the rough 40+ yards away using a 52 degree wedge on hole # 13. Fairways were in good shape with no wet or bare spots. Greens ran true. The course is walker-friendly with no obstructions (ropes, stakes, etc.)

Was at Swan Lake October 2025 for a 125 person wedding and we were packed in like sardines, our table's waitress spilled a whole tray of Champagne on me squeezing in between the tables destroying my suit and messing up my phone...food and service was good but steer clear for larger wedding parties as I paid the price for it even as a guest...

One of the better weddings I've been to. Fantastic food. Great service. Clean bathrooms....can't ask for much more.

Staff seems to be critical of customer's slow play. Their idea of 9 holes in 2 hours is not enjoyable. My guess is that the attendent wants to go home early. Course is in good shape. Probably will not return.
