Southern Dunes Golf Course

I’ve never been here since I don’t join country clubs or golf, but I pass by it on the weekends during my 10k runs. It seems very well kept up. Guys are always driving the golf carts across the road to get to the actual golf course. It looks like they also have a swimming pool.

I played at a charity golf tournament here and had a great time. The course was challenging but the way the course set it up, pace of play was great. We saw the beverage cart 4 times which is twice as often as I usually see it during big tournaments. Also want to shout out to the staff for finding me an extra set of men’s rental clubs to use. I’m now in the market for Ping 440s. ;) I really appreciated the extra effort!!

Giving the course a 3 because I found a mix of good and bad. So I’m my opinion right in the middle seems fair. Overall it was a fun and challenging course to play for a great price. PROS: -Paved cart paths running the entire length of the course -Great value (around $48 for 18 w/ cart on Sunday) -Challenging natural obstacles as well as bunkers force you to put thought into each shot. -Newer carts that were clean when we got into them -Friendly workers in the clubhouse. Cons: -Starter didn’t seem to have a rhyme or reason to his ordering or grouping. Wasn’t asked my tee time when I approache…

Great course and amenities inside including simulators. Would highly recommend this golf course.

Lost two rangefinders and the pro/owner Went and found me a rangefinder from the office, that was World class. One of the best courses around Indy, decent prices, and the staff is fantastic. Five stars all the way looking to be becoming a member..

This is a great course friendly staff they offer a driving range, a simulation room, as well as great food! Highly recommend this it is open to the public as well.

Great course. Very well priced and course plays really good. Nice golf carts, staff is friendly. Bar and grill is priced well. Love playing here when I get chance.

The restaurant inside the club house has great food and excellent wait staff. Our waitress Cheyene was absolutely fantastic. Will DEFINITELY eat there again.

Most of course was in decent shape. Some bad spots in fairways. Got 2 different carts with no power. Staff was very friendly though.

Great banquet, hall, and catering. We hosted an 80th surprise birthday party there and the accommodations and service were great Highly !

Twas a beautiful day on the course with the hubs. And my tenderloin and potato chips were delish.

My Brother and I played a round here for our very first time today. My expectations were fairly high for the price and the outward appearance from the road. We were pretty excited, however, as the day and round wore own we realized that the course and staff severely underperformed our expectations. We’re recreational golfers so I can assure you that there’s no bias here. The staff themselves seemed rather apathetic in attitude and action to our first time visit. As if they could care less whether we were there or not. We booked as a pair but also got paired with another twosome which we didn’t…
