Hickory Stick Golf Club

Nice little spot for a late lunch on a Saturday afternoon. Not fancy, just nice. Husband got a burger and I got a grilled chicken sandwich. Appetizer: Jalepeno Mac & Cheese bites - very yummy!!! Ingredients were fresh and cooked well. Will definitely return for dinner sometime.

first time golfing here. What a course very challenging in a good way! Everything here is five star from the clubhouse to the range. My buddy likes it so much he got a membership!

First time playing here and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I had never heard of the course because it's out of my area and wasn't sure what to expect. I am really happy we chose to play here because it's an amazing course. The price is fair and the course was in great shape. If you can stay out of trouble off the tee-it's welcoming for most players and skill levels. Golf has never been so busy as it is now. The course layout at Hickory virtually isolates you on each hole-which is a welcome change. Will definitely play again.

The golf cart shut off on each hole is great but a notice of enter the no golf areas with some signs might help . I know the cart GPS has the yellow areas shown on the screen but we couldn’t tell easily how far out . On the lighter side the reverse lever received a good work out during our round. Keep up the good work and the course conditions were perfect.🏌️‍♂️

Beautiful challenging Golf Course. Friendly staff. Fast but very true greens. There’s a fairway and then a first cut and then native grass. If your ball goes in the native grass, you probably won’t find it.

I've been playing this course since I was 16 in high school. Hands down one of top 3 in indiana. Always well taken care of, I mean well taken care of....beautiful scenery beautiful layout. Great staff.

Nicest course on the Southside hands down, the layout is perfect for beginners and all others. The tips are playable too.

Had dinner here tonight. The coffee rubbed ribeye was amazing. Cooked just right and lots of flavor, and the asparagus was seasong and cooked just right. Our waitresses' suggestion was spot on for the wine pairing. Price was what I expected. Our waitress Monica was very professional and we didn't have to want for anything. Definitely will be back.

No photos to be had from me. If you know, you know. Hickory is always in good condition and had the bones to test any every day golfer. I lost plenty of balls. Not always the case. But if you can’t play enough and are not sharp on your game; you will need to drop and manage pace of play. The course is super fun and will give you a chance to hit a pure shot that will make you think you left some shots on the table. Staff is polite and kitchen is a brilliant top off if you have time. I walked in and had no tee time. I would not recommend that. But they were not put off and quickly gave me option…

We had two foursomes playing all new to the course and everyone was in agreement that we would have to take another run at the course. The greens were very nice and the fairways were great.It was a challenge for everyone. Thank you for your hospitality we will be back.

From the moment we walked in the door to check in, treated extremely well. Being a military veteran, they offered a discount for our group which was greatly appreciated. We ate in the Haven restaurant and the food and service was outstanding. Thank you for the great experience!

Hickory Stick has become the premier course on the south side of Indianapolis. With the addition of The Haven, it really has everything you need to enjoy your day on the links!
