nice course with a good, interesting routing... I would give it 4.5 stars if I could with a slight ding for the pace of play. conditions were very nice and is worth seeing. Course is more rustic than fancy but still worthy!

Nice course. Maybe slightly cheaper than Scotch Valley but very similar. I will gladly return and recommend anyone to play here. Oct '25- Another great round of golf at a beautiful course. Only negative comment would be that the waitress needs training. Don't know a name and not important but when ppl sit down at a table in the restaurant area, it seems common practice to at least greet the patrons and present them with menus and ask for drink orders. If super busy, at least let us know. Walked up for our own menus after about 10 minutes and she handed them to us so she knew we were there, bu…

Beautiful, mountain setting. Course is in very good condition. Greens roll true and fairways were flawless. Staff was very courteous and great drink prices. A fun course, if in the area. The scenery was beautiful. Would definitely recommend making a stop here in the summer or fall months! ***Update, as of September 2022: Just golfed Sinking Valley, 09/04/2022. The course is in awful condition. The course lost their fairways and tee boxes. I have no idea how they can charge $55.00. It was horrible. I brought two friends to golf from Ohio and had to apologize for the course conditions throughou…

Very very good course and not over inflated pricing. This course rivals Scotch Valley and down the road Summit CC. Greens were fast and true. There is terrain being near a mountainous area but not too many billy goat side hill lies. Pro shop staff were courteous and professional. Area had just had a ton of rain and was cart path only so keep that in mind if playing during rainy season. If you are visiting anywhere near Altoona or Penn State, play this course.

Nice golf course out in farm country. Very peaceful setting with good chance of seeing wildlife. I was there for a fundraiser scramble, the greatest golf concept ever invented. You can suck at golf like I do, and still have a great time.

The course is in beautiful condition. Was fun playing there again. Greens are very fast & tricky! Best round of golf I've played in awhile. I will be back. Had multiple injuries in the past two years. Thought I would have to give it up. Played 18 holes today, & nothing hurt except a triple & two double bogeys😖 I recommend this course to every golfer. Thanks 👍😁

Had a great time at the CBRC Tournament on 8/10/20. Beautiful course, especially for how dry everything is right now. Greens are well groomed. Great course!

Very nice course. They've had some difficulties with too much rain this season, so there a couple rough spots, but it is a great layout with plenty of well maintained sand traps.
