In summary

Huntingdon Country Club is frequently praised for its beautiful course layout, well-maintained greens, and friendly staff, with many noting improvements in course conditions over recent years. The setting is appreciated for its country charm, and the club is recognized for hosting well-organized events. However, some visitors have raised concerns about slow pace of play, limited amenities such as alcohol sales restricted to members, and occasional rough fairway conditions.

Course was beautiful. Greens were in great shape. Ranger was extremely nice. Reason for the 3 stars was because the old guy running the club house was mean, ignorant, and I think he took pleasure in making a young kid cry. Very inappropriate behavior.

Save your money and play elsewhere. I played here on 6/29/2025 and it’s the worst golf experience I’ve had in 25 years. It took over 2.5 to play 9 holes due to pace of play. We gave up after waiting to tee off on #10 for over 25 minutes and dedcided to go to the clubhouse to have a beer. They only serve beer to members and act annoyed that we even asked about buying beer. The staff was awful. Course conditions were mediocre at best. I wouldn’t play this course if someone paid me.

The course is a fun track. Couple long and short holes. Greens are pretty nice, a couple bare spot in the fairways, not terrible. We have always been treated well there. Definately worth playing.

The first 9 holes are very fun and enjoyable but the back 9 are hard and can get annoying. A great course if you are an experienced golfer. If your a beginner maybe only do 9 holes or find somewhere else. The grass is all cut very nice and the pro shop has all you need. Very good course.

Not to many years ago the golf course was looking fairly rough. However, I must admit that with the hiring of the current superintendent the golf course has continued to improve with each year. The greens are gorgeous and the course over all is lovely. Great job Bryant Partner. The Huntingdon Golf Course continues to look better and better with your expertise

This was probably the worst course I've ever played on in terms of conditions... The fairways were 90% dirt, 9% sand, with a few blades of grass here and there. The greens, however, were well maintained and challenging. I've seen the course in better conditions, but the drought this year has killed their fairways. An enjoyable round of golf, but I wouldn't pay for it.

Course was in pretty rough shape, although we played after an outing. Old lady that runs the pro shop seemed more interested in smoking cigarettes than helping patrons.

This course has greatly improved. From the difficult par 3's to the long par 5's. it's fun from any of the three sets of Tees. The staff at this club as among the most friendly I have encountered. They have a two man best ball tournament in early June and it's becoming the best two man tournament in the area.

Decent 18 hole public course. Nice layout. Be sure to check distance to hazards, especially on back 9. Small quick undulating greens. Nice new carts, friendly staff.

Decent track but can be slow play. Definitely avoid Mondays unless you have 5.5-6 hours. Womens league. This course is rife with incompetent female golfers.

The Huntingdon Country Club is one of the premier public courses in the area. The course is in great condition and the greens are rolling true and fast. If you’re looking for a great course to play.. HCC is where it’s at!
