Shawnee Lookout Golf Course

If you can always hit straight... stand at a different slope on almost every shot... and enjoy many holes you can't see the flag when you tee off... then you will love. Grand in great shape. Fairway grass is very long. Was built in the 1970s... my guess is by "stoners."

If you are a hiker, try walking just 9 of the 18 holes of this course..., It may be enough exercise for the day. Lots of hills here. Grass in great shape because this course is not over played. Nice scenery.

Excellent place to play some golf. A lot of hills though, so if you don't have the distance, be prepared to play a lot of shots from a hill. Very nice course and well maintained.

Beautiful place to hike ! Just walked the golf course and it was a great workout.

I happen to like hilly, short, scenic golf houses that few people play. The greens were in excellent condition.

Well kept and educational. They have a small Shawnee museum there.
