Quail Hollow Resort

I surprised my boyfriend for our 5 year anniversary at Quail Hollow. The whole entire location is beautiful. This was a King Bed Non smoking suite. It wasnt huge but it was perfect. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean, the ice machine was only a few steps from our room. I brought our xbox and used it to watch our favorite show on Netflix. (We are parents that wanted to escape the house for a night). There were no disturbances from other rooms, the front desk ladies were so nice. The price was great for a place like this. I look forward to coming back for another night of relaxation.

Quail Hollow CC has 2 world class golf courses and a beautiful pro shop! They take pride in their restaurant and club house. Thank you QH!

Beautiful place for a wedding

I was only a member for one year. During my initiation process I inquired about discounted yearly golf cart lease rates for people with walking disabilities. Brenda had instructed for me to talk to the head pro as there was a good chance he would be accommodating to my request. Being an above knee amputee, I cannot play more than 9 holes without a golf cart. I had done as Brenda instructed. When I went into talk to the head pro and explain my limitations, he had asked Deb (unaware of her title) if discounted cart rates could be offered for people with amputation(s) and unfortunately, she had…

Beautiful property, but rooms are dated. The beds were low to the floor with cheap soft mattress. The AC was loud enough to wake you at night. The shaff was friendly and helpful.

We had dinner and enjoyed the band at CK's. The food was excellent, although we had to wait a little bit for it. Our server, Kyle, was excellent. The place was packed, yet he remembered our drink orders when it was time for a second round. I look forward to visiting again soon.

Great golf course/slick greens

Actually I went to CK's steak house on Christmas day. The service was not very good at all. They must have had the third team, the people that couldn't get off for Christmas, in the kitchen. The waitress was good but it took hours to be served.

Nice rooms friendly staff good food

Quail Hollow Country Club is second to none! The staff, the grounds, which includes two 18 hole championship golf courses and the Clubhouse are amazing...to say the least! Karen Ruth, the GM, and her entire staff take pride in delighting the membership one guest and one member at a time. The food is amazing and the menu is ever changing with the seasonal menu...as well as with the anchor menu that is offered daily for lunch and dinner. Their brunch on the weekends is superior! the resort is awesome. The night desk person / auditor needs to learn how to answer the phones call them several times and never answer ever I had to walk to the desk three separate times for three separate things nice sweet old lady apparently taking care of the books but she needs to answer the phone that's it front desk is all about take care of customers restaurants pretty decent the buffet sucked last night. Great place for a birthday/pool party! Great staff, great food, and an all around great experience!
