Marvelous "little" golf course at a decent value. Mostly basic layout with wide fairways and limited rough - a few out of bounds make it tougher. Not as difficult as I made it play !!! At 10K feet you can really see your solid drives fly an additional 30 yards. Good for the ego but, probably rather deflating when you return to only 3K or lower. Beautiful country and a great time all around. Nice folks too !!! Would love to return again.

Great course!!! Highest in North America! Wonderful experience. My first time golfing too! There are 9 holes of different lengths and difficulties. You can golf all year but can't use the golf carts past summer since there's snow. Overall great course and great prices!

What a hidden gem. This 9 hole course is very well maintained and the fact they are $100 cheaper than the resorts makes this course even better. Pace of play was great and the staff are super friendly. I will be back again and again when in town.

Great golf course! I’ve never played before but this was a great spot to go with a pretty casual atmosphere. You can rent clubs and it’s a fun course to learn on. Awesome views all around and the staff is friendly. The Grill food is pretty good as well! Worth checking out.

What a course! The views will keep your attention. We love taking a road trip to Leadville, staying at one of hotels in town, and playing at Mount Massive. This is a fun course, and the team there does a great job. And it's such a beautiful drive to and from the Denver area!

Nice course. Nice staff. Greenskeeper and crew doing a nice job. Called ahead to make sure my son, in power wheelchair, could make it through course. He did. 8th hole he needed some assistance. Last 3 holes have "Donald Ross like" greens. Just did 9 holes was not in a hurry. If you are in a hurry to play 18 come early. Will be back for sure!

The highest golf course in elevation in North America. Beautiful 9 hole course with epic mountain views. Rental clubs available for the whole family.

Don’t waste your time or money at this course. Greens keepers and front desk were losers. This is a total tourist trap. 3 people got stuck on I70 because of a fire and road closure. Front desk made the single pay for all of them. Zero understanding. The course was empty and when the single asked to play with the group in front of them front desk said absolutely not and threatened them if they were to join. The course is in horrible conditions. The greens are a joke and the tee boxes are unplayable. It’s the “highest course in the US” but the horrible design forces you to hit 8 or 9 irons off t…

I would rate this course higher if it wasn't for the unpleasant encounter with the man working in the clubhouse. We won 2, 9 hole rounds with a cart via a donation for a local charity's silent auction. I would agree the paperwork we received did not look official, but the employee said, "this looks like something my brother would make up." He continued to treat us in a condescending manner. He gets "D" in customer service and hospitality. He gives MMGC a black eye.

It is hard to gauge customer service when the society we are living in is on high paranoia. The facility is overboard with safety. The staff was quite pleasant on the phone. In person they were abrupt with no patience. There is no question everything was clean so no complaints there. The course was nice. Just as advertised. Most places I golf charge a nominal fee for a rider and this place charged full price. There was no driving range. On the turn to the second 9 they put a 5 person group in front of us. This was less than ideal.
