Played 18 holes here recently during the summer and it was an amazing experience. Beautiful course with amazing landscape scenery all around. Unfortunately there was a bit of traffic in front of us so we had to wait a good amount to keep some space between the people in front and the people behind (which were complaining to us). Also, the bar service out on the course was great, they had multiple different cocktails, beers, and drinks available.

My favorite course to play ever!!!! Can't beat the beautiful mountains in the distance as you stroll though the perfectly kept grounds

We come to Aspen every summer and play golf here. The course and practice facilities are nice. Only negative is the staff. I have find them consistently less than friendly.

$225 for a round at a municipal golf course? Not worth it. Stunning views is about it. Course is very average to quirky layout. When I played this summer at least 3 holes were under construction with temporary tees, but they still charged full green fee. Starter was about the most rude I've encountered. Will not return. Again $225 for a muni... only in Aspen.

A solid in-town venue but the course, service (no below avg for a muni) and amenities are not worth $200 greens fees. The course has quirky holes like an old country club that could be easily updated. The thick deep bent grass rough around the greens are too penal for average golfers… that and narrow fairways make for slow play - a 5 hour round is what you should expect. Good news is, there are better public golf experiences nearby. Try River Valley Ranch 30 minutes up the road for a modern course and equally spectacular mountain views.

Only reason for two stars was good service and friendly staff. Pretty views, but how they have gall to charge $170....Greens we're so severe and tricked up. Would never recommend and will not play again. River Valley Ranch is $60 and much better.

Booked a tee time yesterday for 3 of us and they made a single join us at last second while we were teeing off. They never asked if it was ok. That was very disrespectful where we come from and would never happen. To make things worst he was walking and we were riding. It made no sense. It's frustrating considering the very expensive rates. The course is pretty and maintained very well. Its unfortunate a very poor decision by management ruined what could have been a very enjoyable round.

Nice course, extremely disappointing interaction with the head pro. Not a nice enough course to interact with him again after their customer service.

This is probably the worst value of golf in the whole United States of America. $180 gets you a below average layout with nice views. What it doesn't get you is authentic fairways. The grass is normal grass cut short. If you live in Ohio, New Jersey, or Pennsylvania you can easily play a course of this quality for $40-45. If you're a bad golfer and you just want some views this may be the spot for you. Otherwise do some research and play the countless true gems around the country that are available for less than $180. This place should be ashamed of themselves quite honestly.

For golf in the High Country this is the place. Back in the day I enjoyed the Aspen Highlands Triathlon and duathlon here. That is the 5-mile Run was around this golf course, LOL. Good Training! It's all training anyway isn't it?
