Our stay at Longboat Key Resort was outstanding! Everyone during our stay was wonderful. From checking in, to restaurants on property, the pool bar and restaurant with Paula and Ed gave us extra great care during our stay. Housekeeping was excellent and always happy to do whatever we requested. Room service was always prompt and exceeded our expectations. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed ourselves in this resort. We did not use the spa services but enjoyed the restaurants, pool and beach. The employees go above and beyond at this resort. We were lucky to have Kimberly when we were checking in. She asked if we’d like to upgrade to a different room and it made the world of difference for our vacation. Our suite was overlooking the harbor with manatee and dolphins. We had a raccoon with her babies nesting in a palm tree right outside our doors. We felt like we were in a nature preserve. Book this now!! We had traveled to Florida for a wedding at this resort so we stayed there out of convenience. We've just gotten used to booking an Air BNB for vacations but this was different. It was such a relaxing time. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. You may NOT take your own bags to your room, there's no squeegee in the shower. You don't have to do that. I watched the beach staff drag 30+ Chase lounges out to the beach and place them perfectly in line aesthetically with an umbrella with each one. Rain or shine. My wife and I recently vacationed in the Sarasota/Longboat Key area, staying at the Resort at Longboat Key Club for a week beginning November 29, 2025. We found the hotel to be very pleasant, with excellent beach access and high-quality dining options. The Guest Services Manager, Marvin Palacios, assisted us with resort information and facilitated our reservation prior to our stay. We absolutely loved our stay. The room was so spacious and modern. The beach is absolutely gorgeous. Service was also fantastic. When we had an issue they sent someone immediately. Great food and friendly staff as well. We will be back!

Every staff member here makes you feel that they are happy to have you as a guest. The facility is well maintained and the rooms have been recently upgraded. We had a suite with balcony overlooking the pool deck and ocean to the west. Gorgeous at sunset! And the beach, what can I say about the soft white sand a and clear ocean!

I stayed in a studio unit in the adjacent building, as this was the only option available due to booking late. The interiors were overall pleasant, with good-quality furnishings, a functional kitchenette, and a level of cleanliness that met expectations. The location is one of the property’s main strengths — set in a quiet, private environment with direct access to a well-equipped beach. It's hard to find words to describe how amazing of an experience my husband and I had having our wedding at this resort. Everything was 11/10 - every single person who works here is incredibly kind and helpful which we found out from day 1 of wedding planning. We had over 80 guests stay for wedding weekend which was completely flawless from the reception itself to the beach recovery day so everyone got to see the beauty of the beaches and rest of the property! Loved this place. Our room was amazing, like a house in the beach but with housekeeping keep us organized and looking good each day. On the beach. Beautiful sunset views. White sands. Comfortable beach chairs included in the experience. Pool helpers preparing our places with special towels before we get seated. Outstanding service, location, comfort.

Went there. What a nice place? It is we had dinner sunset pictures relaxed by the pool with my friend Saul. His Polish princess, my fiancé and me were all love each another and everybody around us. What a fabulous meal we had quick service. Are server was Christian and he was fabulous. You can even get a quick charge there. Also

Great location with a beautiful beach. Beach staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Room was nice, clean, and location was nice. It was a bit of a walk to all the amenities as the property is spread out. The spa was top notch best I’ve ever been too. Would highly recommend it as a must do.

This is my 5th stay at this property. We come for the tennis. The tennis facilities are amazing! We rent the 2br suite and that room is perfect for a family. The kitchen is so nice. Overall the property strives to provide great service. Even though the property isn’t a 5 star property I would definitely give it 4.5 stars.
