I was a June bride here and I can’t say enough good things about Highfields. The views are gorgeous and the ballroom is beautiful, So many compliments from guest about the views. The bridal suite is also really nice. We had Tracy who was new to the venue as our coordinator. She did amazing, she was kind, straight forward, gave opinions, decorated everything while my girls and I were getting ready. She made the night flow perfectly. We had the absolute night of our dreams at the Highfields. Everything was absolutely perfection. Our experience started with meeting with Tracy, and ironing out the details. Everything she put together exceeded our expectations. She worked with our timeline and very busy schedules. The day of the wedding everything went perfect. The food was amazing, the staff was all friendly, and efficient. I wish we could get married all over again just to experience another beautiful night at the Highfields.

Very nice course with well maintained fairways and tee boxes, greens could use some attention but are fast. Steve in the pro shop was very helpful. The pro shop is well stocked and there are many gloves, putters, and other clubs. Bunkers are well maintained as well and raked very well. For going on a day it was raining, the course drained well except the side of the green on 2 and 11 the two downhill par three’s.

Had a wonderful experience. Course was in great shape, greens were pure and perfect. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Great course! Despite the hot, dry summer, conditions were very good at Highfields. Greens were recently aerated and slow but were not bumpy and were true. Fairways immaculate. Beautiful clubhouse. Some elevation changes and a mix of holes. Only downside was a poor pairing with an older couple who did not want us to play through.

This was a big disappointment. Moved out of Grafton and was back in area and stopped here as we use too visit frequently. Service was slow. Had to wait for waitress for awhile after we were seated. Ordered drinks and then our food. That's when everything went down hill. Peope that were seated after us were getting their meals. Waitress never came back to ask us if we wanted another drink or why our food was taking so long. When our food finally came out my haddock was overcooked, wife salmon was fine. Ordered a beer finally and by the time it was delivered my food was done. Had to suck on ice…

Course is always well kept and the staff is always friendly and helpful. Our organization WASA enjoys holding our annual golf tournament here !

Very mixed feelings after playing for the first time today (8/9). The good. Well manicured property. Tees, fairways and rough are all in great shape. Clubhouse was in great shape. Interesting layout. Some decent elevation change, and some funky holes but overall it’s a fun layout. Here’s what I wasn’t pleased with. The staff wasn’t very friendly. Both the guy in the proshop and starter. Starter was barking for us to get off the practice green 11 minutes before our tee time. The greens were also in borderline terrible shape. Absolutely abysmal management and staff. Played 18 holes immediately after they had punched the greens (no warning about punched greens, no discount). There was also no mention of the fact that one of the par 4s has been turned into a very bad par 3, for no apparent reason. It was $95 for this experience. I sent a polite email to the staff detailing these and additional issues with the course, with no response. The course design also leaves a lot to be desired. For example, what used to be a fun drivable par 4 has been ruined with a giant net blocking access to the green from the tee box. Two…

Played 18 today. Poured this morning and rained on and off till 3pm. Shoulda cancelled my round after I called just to make sure they were still running carts with all the rain and the rudest woman answered the phone…fast forward, showed up to my tee time and was then met with another rude woman assigning carts. Go into the pro shop to pay and meet two guys with the personality of a saltine…then god forbid you try to order food and drinks from the older woman working the window, she scoffed at us when we showed up after 9 to grab a beer and a sandwich.
