In summary

Clearview Country Club is appreciated for its friendly staff, particularly owner Neil, and offers a budget-friendly golfing experience with a well-thought-out course layout. The greens receive positive remarks, though the fairways and cart paths are often criticized for being rocky and sparse. While some visitors find the clubhouse and amenities satisfactory, others feel the course is better suited for beginners and casual play rather than seasoned golfers.

For the money, this course is a great find. I have bought the summer membership for several years now and have been very satisfied with it. The course is well kept, although there are some spots on a couple holes that are a bit rocky, which is to be expected since the course sits on top of a hill. The course layout was well thought out. It is a great place to hang out with friends while playing a good round of golf. The course is challenging, but isn't very difficult. Lets be honest though, that's what makes it fun. The club house could use some updating, but it has a full bar and the food is…

They are making some progress. I've played there at 6am for 2-3 years. The greens and tee boxes are good and fairways are getting some grass. Hit in the right places in the fairways get your ball on the greens and you are good. For $15 with a cart in the weekday morning or walk for $8. It deserve better then 2.7.

Seems to be over priced at $58.00 for two for 9 holes you should get a better experience This course is not for seniors. Cart paths are terrible, and Map of course needs work to know where to go. Some greens are not level, hilly golf. Tried it will go back to Dudley course.

Clearview is a great course with amazing staff. Neil has been more than accommodating for our family golf tournament for the past two years, and we plan to return again this year! Definitely would recommend for a fun 18 holes.

Fun little course with excellent greens. Fairways are a bit sparse, so just roll your ball onto a green patch and hit. No big deal. Nice par 3's and fun par 5's. Not a CC but Well worth the few bucks to play it. Found it avoiding traffic jam on Mass Pike. Owner Neil very friendly. Told me about $5 Wednesday mornings.

Can't think of a worse place to play a round of golf. Way over priced for the cow field it is. Horrible tee boxes, terrible "fairways" as in no grass mainly dirt and rocks and the customer service is horrendous. They should cut their losses and sell. I have no clue why anyone would go here. Plenty of places around for a much better price.

Course is getting better with all the work that has been done. Membership leagues are competative and quotas allow all players to have a chance to win. Clubhouse has good beer/liquor and sandwiches.

There's no such thing as a fairway at this course. It's all rocks and dirt. I had three great drives off the tee and lost every ball because the fairways we're terrible. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE.

Definitely an amateur course, but great for beginners and casual games. Club house is simple but serves it's purpose. Not a country club, but nice for what it is.

Great starter course. Not exactly a championship layout or conditions. Greens are well maintained and the price is right
