In summary

Green Ridge Golf Course is often praised for its affordability, friendly staff, and suitability for beginners, offering a relaxed atmosphere with a mix of par 3 and par 4 holes. Many appreciate the improvements being made to the course, although some visitors have noted issues with the condition of the greens and fairways, as well as concerns about management's customer service approach. Despite these criticisms, the course remains a popular local choice, particularly for those seeking a casual golfing experience.

Grew up on the course, Gracie use to sell golf balls thru the fence, if I remember correctly at #4 tee box. Later found I believe she originally own the property next to the course where they built all those homes. I cannot remember the owners name then, but their dogs where the firehouse variety, Dalmations. Love that place.

Don't believe the golf Karen's. Been there for years. Super Cheap and always friendly. Yah maybe it's not maintained as much as people want but cry me a river. If someone post a bad review about this place, clearly they have no clue and didn't do any research. Staple of the community. They give discounts to residents so if you're local, you play for peanuts. It's a excellent course for beginners or just to smack some balls and not break the bank.

This course has been in decline for several years now. The size of the greens have shrunk every year for a while. And, the greens are in bad condition.

Elite winter rates. Course is like golfing in your backyard sometimes with bad rough areas. New cart paths are nice!

Started off pretty well for my first golf experience. The people who play here are pretty nice, but the staff doesn’t hold any compassion. This course was fairly easy and simple so you might say it’s a good course for beginners or kids. However, if you do not know the non spoken rules your children won’t get a staff member that will try to explain them to you. Instead you will get a grumpy older man that needs to tell you 5 times in the same sentence that you’re wrong or can’t do that. I think you are better off taking your kids somewhere else for their first few times golfing

Place is an absolute Joke, the staff for the most part are younger girls who are super nice and polite, the manager or greenskeeper on the other hand is a grumpy old man who clearly needs to prey upon other to feel good. Made one mistake and he screamed at the top of his lungs that what i was doing was wrong, in front of probably 8 people. Seemed like Somebody needed to feel like he had power. Not only that, he followed me and my 2 friends from hole 4 all the way back to the clubhouse staring at us golf with his Cart running the entire time. , looking for a reaction from me, Used to be my go t…

Great small course with lovely greenspace providing a relaxing atmosphere for 9 holes of golf. Wonderful staff, carts, club house with all golf necessities. During coronavirus the facility has taken all appropriate measures for a safe & pleasant golf experience. A once a week must for me.

Ok- it’s not Manakiki or Pine Ridge - probably not even Airport Greens, but it’s a local course owned by the city and needs a-lot of work. From watered fairways to sustainable greens- the effort to upkeep is average at best. This is of no fault of the grounds crew or staff- but a reflection that the city has bigger priorities- especially the redevelopment of the eyesore that is Euclid Ave. Having grown up in Wickliffe and understand its culture and rich history, it is a city on the rebound. More green space with a new school campus (K-12) and industrial development forthcoming with new owners…

Just horrible. Played put- put courses with better greens. An embarrassment to the city of Wickliffe.

This is the Michael Jordan of golf courses. The Barry bonds, hell even the tom Brady. Beautiful fairways and greens and might I mention the staff here was phenomenal. This absolute gem of a course wipes the floor with Augusta. Would put 100 stars if possible.
