Stone Water Golf Club

From the second we met Whitney we knew this experience was going to be exactly what we were looking for. She is on top of everything and she truly made this the most stress free day of my life. Stonewater is not only absolutely beautiful, but the food was incredible and our guests raved about it. I trusted Whitney with all our Decor and she went above and beyond what I even dreamed of. I am so grateful for our experience and I will definitely be having future parties at this venue. Thank you so much Whitney and Team!!

Great country club like golf course for a decent price. Was once a country club, but now public. Course was very nice. Cool layout with lots of water and challenges. Was in great shape for the time of year (played in mid-Oct). Greens were slightly furry, but that is expected for winter golf. Would definitely like to go back and play again. Restaurant also looked good, but I didn't eat there this time.

Where do I even begin? We had a WONDERFUL experience at Stonewater. We hosted our wedding there on 9/14, and the day was everything I could've imagined it would be - and more. Stonewater Golf Club had been on my bucket list, and I finally got to play there in mid-October. The greens had recently been aerated and top-dressed with fertilizer, which I expected based on their website. However, the combination of the top dressing and chemical fertilizer made putting quite tough. The rainy weather slowed the greens down, but they still rolled fairly true despite the conditions. Our daughter’s wedding was magical and many guests described it as the best wedding ever. The food and desserts were delicious and Kristin’s attention to detail allowed us to enjoy every minute. She’s the BEST!!

Whitney was absolutely the best when helping plan our wedding. From endless, “I can make that work, to let me know what I can help with,” she was with us every step of the way. Brought my fiancé here for a birthday surprise. Needless to say the other non-minority, mainly older folks on the course definitely made us feel like we were in the way. Spoke to us like we didn't know what we were doing and like we were throwing off their usual routine. It's unfortunate, but I guess it's expected from this being in the area it's in. From the moment we stepped inside we instantly fell in love with StoneWater and Whitney!! The venue is so beautiful with the perfect layout for an outdoor ceremony, cocktail hour and reception! Our ceremony was outside followed by cocktail hour on the patio with an outdoor bar and passed hors d’oeuvres that were delicious!! Whitney and her team were awesome at StoneWater! We hosted our non profit organization there and it was a success! The food was awesome, drinks were great, everyone was friendly and helpful and highly recommend for anyone looking to host their event at this place.

The ambiance was nice & cozy. My son's school had a Ladies Social here....everyone was professional. There were igloos and a heated patio for additional seating which was very warm. Definitely can't wait to come back!

5-18-22 Mixed feelings about this one. The course itself is a gem . But….all of the previous ratings seem accurate in terms of accolades and criticisms. I think it depends on who you are and if they know you. It feels like what it is.. a private club gone public but still holding on to private club ambiance. Pro shop was rude on call for inquiries.
