Fun golf for a reasonable price. Friendly atmosphere with a decent 9 hole course. Greens are well kept and challenging. If it's a great day out swinging the clubs, it's a great place to find.

First off, I don’t normally write reviews on any golf courses as they are hard to maintain and still have good customer service. With that out of the way, if I could put zero stars, I would. By far this was the most miserable place I’ve ever played golf and I have played a ton of courses in Northeast Ohio, the good ones and the bad ones. I played this course a few days ago and I thought about it long enough, this so-called “golf course” needs to be reviewed. This will be a sort of “airing of grievances” so this will be a little long. First off, the course condition is abysmal at best. The tee-…

I love it here! I’m still a beginner golfer and have only ever really played here. But it is a tad tough, but it’s laid back course. It’s just a beautiful quaint course, awesome for beginners.

⭐ 1 Star We brought three generations of our family to Hidden Valley in Thompson — my elderly father, his two sons, and his 13-year-old grandson for his very first golf round. My father lives locally and plays almost every day, so he knows what to expect from area courses. He warned us that Hidden Valley was in the roughest shape of any course he’d played this year, but we figured it would still be fine for a beginner. At first things went smoothly — our 10:00 AM tee time found the course mostly empty, so we could take our time showing the basics to a 13-year-old without holding anyone up. B…

Took my 7yo son here for his first round of golf ever. The gentleman running the shop was kind and went out of his way to make the experience a good one for my son. We had a great time and will absolutely be back for more. A great laid back course that is very accessible for beginners!

It’s a well-maintained and quiet course. The course is great for beginners; open with very few hazards. Something of note though, it is a pretty long course with multiple par 5 and a couple long par 4 holes on this 9 hole course. Management was friendly and helpful. Will definitely be coming back!

This place. Let me tell ya. The starter was on our butts from the start of the only 9 they have. Only for the owner to be watching us just as much. Got yelled at for driving on tee box when we were no where near it. Only for the dude that yelled at us to drive right through women’s tees. Not sure why they had it out for us from the start. Starter was complete jerk. Never coming back. Not even if it’s the last golf course on earth. Also the greens sucked

This is a beautiful course for beginners. It's fairly wide open so you can find those errant shots. But don't be fooled, it's a challenge for those better golfers to get par.

Great course! I'm a novice and prefer to play when a course is not crowded. It is mostly flat and very well maintained. The staff is very friendly.

Great place to get a beginner out. Greens are in good shape, tees are flat, and fairways are mowed at a good height. Plan on going back a few more times this summer.
