In summary

Falcon Crest Golf Club is appreciated for its well-maintained and challenging courses, including an 18-hole championship course and additional 9-hole options, all set in a beautiful environment. However, ongoing construction and temporary facilities, along with reports of slow pace of play and high fees, have led to mixed experiences. Some visitors also express dissatisfaction with customer service and course policies, impacting their overall enjoyment.

Very well maintained, fun course. Holes offer a variety of water and bunker hazards, good lengths and beautiful setting. Everything is very spread out, there's only a couple holes that are right up next to anything but an open field. There's a lot of construction going on right now as part of the course is being built into a new course with houses around it, which is a bit noisy and unpleasant to look at, but this is obviously temporary. The spaciousness does come at a cost as this place is a bit of a drive, especially if you live north of the freeway. Worth it though for a high quality course…

Attempted to play the full 18 course but had to call it before hole 16 because 5 hours had already passed. For the inconvenient location and price for 5+ hour round from an early morning tee time is unacceptable. Really expected more out of Falcon Crest. Course ambassador was driving around but had no urgency to speed up the pace of play, and didn’t even come by to let us know what was going on and show effort to fix their wrong. Can get similar conditions for cheaper at many other courses in the valley. I’d recommend going elsewhere.

Great experience playing in a tournament for Boise Hockey. Gave it 4 stars because of the proshop. Looks like lots of upcoming improvements. Golf course is very challenging from the champion tees, But one could move forward two or three tees to help ease the difficulty. As a team we had a blast.

I can't say enough good things about the golf course. It's my favorite course in the valley because it offers so much. The 18-hole championship course is always in excellent condition with awesome greens and fairways. The revamped, 9 hole Freedom course is a great track now that the bunkers have good sand in them, and the par 3 Cadet course is just amazing. The Cadet course is both esthetically amazing and super challenging. In my opinion, there isn't a better practice facility in the state. The only criticism I have is the lack of a nice clubhouse, which I hear is forthcoming. I will miss pla…

Great course layout. Love it that there is a 18 hole course, a 9 hole executive course and a par 3 course. I rated 4 stars because the clubhouse is under construction, so the temp facilities take away from the experience.

This is one of the most beautiful golf courses to play in Boise/Kuna! It is taken care of very well! The staff is top notch, friendly and respectful, and appreciated for their customer service! Highly recommend! Championship course is awesome! Freedom course is fun! Resident players are great!

Overall, it is a nice course but with all the construction going on $90 is way overpriced. The staff was NOT friendly and bordered on rude. Now they are getting ready to switch to a private club. Sorry but my money will support the other courses not this one anymore.

Very nice golf course. A good amount of construction going on around the course. 17 has a temporary green and is playing as a par 3 instead of a par 4. I was getting eaten alive by the mosquitoes until a "player assistant" offered to bring me some bug spray and that made a world of difference. I would definitely play here again if I was in the Boise area

Golf course is beautiful and offers a challenging round. My low rating is because starting this year they no longer allow personal golf carts unless you live in the subdivision. And even though they have plenty of golf carts they charge an extra 20 for none golfing riders. They are getting overly greedy....

The course is in pretty good shape! Lots of earth work and housing construction around the course. Dusty!!! The temporary clubhouse and construction work make the experience less than it could be.
