The course was bad for the price. This course should not be charging more then $25 for a 18 holes. I paid $52 and I immediately regretted my decision. Driving range was all mats and you can't use clubs longer the 200yrds. Tee boxes where not maintained and beat up during mid July play. Fairways again need better maintenance not as bad as the tee boxes but not great either. Front 9 plays open and great for all level play. Back 9 plays a lot tougher and is not recommend for beginners or novice as the course plays tight. The pass or play was terrible at this course and need better management. We…

Great course and the marshals do a great job. We had a twosome in front us on Friday that were giving lessons and very slow. Marshal Tom came out and talked to them and improved pace of play. They know how to do it at Lakeview. Highly recommend!

This isn’t so much a review of the golf course as it is there Golf professional Pete. Played in the mayors tournament. Had a wonderful day of golf. My friend who invited us spent a bunch of money to be a sponsor bought many dollars of Mulligan‘s licorice rope etc. Supported every booth and made donations. We had a great day and we played great. When we got done the Golf professional posted the scores and posted ours 10 less than it should be. We went up to correct the score 3 times and he told us each time that we were wrong. He added it hole by hole three times. He held the scorecard up, shov…

Fun time. Very friendly! New electric carts. Well maintained. Course in great condition. Fast greens. Very inexpensive. Round was a little slow at 4-1/2 hours.

Played Saturday and the round was slow had two groups in front of us giving lessons and taking forever, Marshal came out Tom and talked to them and it pick up the pace to a two hour round instead of 3 hour 9 hole. Super nice guy, wish all golfers understood that golf is and 4 hour 18 NOT 6 HOUR!! Thanks Tom!

I had a blackberry jam bacon cheese sandwich with jalapeño rounds and it was amazing. My wife had the reuben and said it was amazing as well. Wait staff was awesome like always as well.

The structure of the class that Pete and Ryan teach was extremely helpful for improving my golf skills. The coaches were fun and interactive the whole time, and the course seemed fairly well maintained.

The guys in the clubhouse and the Marshall were all very professional. The course looks nice, but we had a very poor experience overall. The course is well overwatered. Lots of mud and just straight up puddles. I can get over that. The day we played was incredibly slow. We had a group of 5 and a group of 6 in front of us, and then the Marshall got on us for playing through. The group behind us got split up and then got rude with us once they caught up. Both groups were members and the entitlement was thick. The whole thing was just annoying and anxiety inducing, making for a not-fun golf exp…

Absolutely the worst course in the treasure valley. Save your time and money. Grass is completely burned, tee boxes are unkept. I’m shocked by the price of the round with reference to the shape of the course. Do not play.

Great course! Loved the layout and it's in great shape. The t-time's are spaced far enough apart that it was a very comfortable round. Played in under 4hrs. The greens are smooth and a bit on the fast side, especially if you are putting down hill.

I’m honestly appalled to be writing this kind of review, especially after reading so many positive ones—but my experience needs to be heard. My friend and I were excited to play this course. Just as we were about to tee off from the blues, an employee—probably around 50 years old—asked if we were scratch golfers. When we told him we weren’t, he passive-aggressively told us to move up to the whites. He then proceeded to tell the group behind us that he could tell we weren’t scratch golfers just by the way we were dressed, which is apparently why he felt the need to question us—publicly embarra…

I will begin by saying I have always enjoyed playing at Lakeview. Great little course. However, the online tee time sign up process has gone too far. I will not input credit or debit card information on golf course websites. My cards are for "important" payments. There are already far too many scams and data breaches occurring for all of us to worry about. I golf most of the courses around the valley and make my tee times online for some of those, but they don't go to this extreme. And, the majority of courses still have an open phone line to call for tee times.
