In summary

Culbertson Hills Golf Resort is praised for its challenging course layout, friendly staff, and well-maintained greens, offering a pleasant golfing experience. However, some visitors have noted issues such as poor maintenance in certain areas, lack of amenities like a proper turn after nine holes, and occasional organizational shortcomings during events. The course's rural setting is appreciated, but logistical inconveniences like cash-only policies during events and a problematic parking lot have been points of contention.

Absolutely fabulous! Great food, friendly and efficient staff, reasonably priced.

Course itself was in great condition. I made tee times 2 weeks prior to our round. An outing being played was never mentioned. Showed up the day of 20 mins early; again no mention of an outing. Though, I can visually see that one is to take place. We're making the turn, which is in the middle of the course. An owner drives up and states "you have 1-1/2 to get done because an outing is starting". I then asked that I assume it's a shotgun start, in which the owner replied yes. So with that, my friends and I had to scramble the back to get done in time. Didn't appreciate the money grab. They gl…

Beautiful day to golf. Course is in great shape for October. They are trying to get the leaves off the fairways and greens. Greens were mostly in great condition, some had patches where the grass was gone or the green was split up. We enjoyed our time, I wish the clubhouse would have been open so we could have sat and had a beverage after our round.

Gave a great early season deal since they were working on the greens. Nice customer service golf course was in mostly good shape for it being about as early as you can go this season. Had the entire evening and course to ourselves. Very pleasant and great exp to get out for the first time.

Very bad course, had people on hole 6 firing balls right at me but had a slow 4 some in front and they had 2 walkers almost got hit and i’m in a cart by myself. The greens are absolutely horrendous. Save your money and go somewhere else even J.C Martin is better than this 18 hole course that is priced up way to much

It's a nice course but the rough is brutal. Very difficult to hit your ball out of the tall rough, even harder to find your ball. I've seen this course in better shape and it could be a great course to play on a regular basis if it was better maintained.

Challenging course. Fairly priced, difficult holes. Enjoyed the challenge and am looking forward to playing here again.

It's close in proximity. Unfortunately run down and doesn't look like any work will be put in until there's new ownership. Not worth the $30+ when you can drive another 10-15 miles to play a nicer, cheaper course. All other local courses are renovating and upgrading. Culbertson is on its way out to pasture.

My first experience here was last night for Edinboro's music fest. Even though this establishment has the ability to accept credit cards, they don't during the festival. "Cash Only" wouldn't be a problem if they had an ATM machine on site. It's not like anyone can walk outside to find a cash machine, as the Culbertson isn't in town. We couldn't even buy a soda. Bad business, IMO.

Great close by course to sneak in a quick 9 after work! Also there is a golden retriever that hangs out by the clubhouse, so yeah that scores bonus points.
