Avalon Golf Club

Great course. Very well maintained, tee boxes and greens were some of the nicest I played on all year. From the tips, this course is tougher than its rating would suggest. Would def play here again.

My wife Jules and I got married at Avalon Golf Club on 10/10/25, and we couldn’t be happier to have chosen Avalon Golf Club as our venue! From the moment we met Dawn, she made everything unbelievably stress free. She was incredibly easy to work with & so patient keeping up with us as we both have busy schedules and made everything we asked for happen! We want to make sure to give the staff our appreciation as well. From Marcus, Autumn, PJ and kitchen staff being accommodating and everyone else that made our entire day amazing. We can’t thank Dawn and the entire staff enough!

We just completed another Golf Tournament at Avalon Golf Club. I am involved in running it, and I cannot tell you how many compliments we received. Everyone enjoys the course. The food at the dinner afterwards was outstanding. I cannot say enough about the staff. They make you feel at home from the minute you arrive. I play here year round as well, and the golf course is great in all seasons!

Course gets a lot of play, so it gets a little beat up during the hot summer months. It's fun to play, however. It's really cool to play from the blue tees that are located in the back "Country Club Tavern" parking lot.

Fantastic lunch on the outdoor deck with a beautiful golf course view. Drinks and flatbreads were delicious and our bartender Jersey, so friendly and with a name you won’t forget, made the lunch even more memorable. Can’t wait to come back!

Original review: 2 stars. Well maintained greens and fairways. Poor rental clubs and the drink cart never came by. I may not know the market well since I'm not from around here, but $150 with rentals may be over valued. After posting this review, my group was incentivised to return to give the club another shot. I appreciate that they took the time to look at my review and that it mattered to the people running the place that we didn't have a good time there. We just had my mom's birthday party at Avalon Country Club and had a great experience! Dawn was super helpful and responsive in meeting our groups' (about 45 people) needs. The food was fantastic! We had an option of 6 choices that I had preselected (3 land and 3 sea) and all were delicious. There was also a kid menu. The service was excellent! The two girls we had were kind, fast and understanding of the children in the group. My mom was so happy and we were really grateful to have such a wonderful experience! Beautiful proshop & restaurant. Huge place that holds weddings & other parties & events. An excellent professional golf course that is always in excellent shape. This entire place has alot to offer
