My husband and I moved here 8 years ago, it was the best decision we made. You won’t find a friendly more active village. We all take pride in our homes and yards and it shows. There is always something going on, we are Blessed with many talented volunteers. Arcadia is just “enough” shopping, tolerable traffic. Walmart is right across the street, other stores and Restaurants are a golf cart ride away. A beautiful Golf course as well. We’ve been here for 8 years, and absolutely love it. The people (with a few notable exceptions) are super nice, and we’ve made a TON of friends here. The updated pool area and amenities are phenomenal. There are more than enough activities to satisfy anyone - 18 hole golf course, tennis, lighted pickle ball courts, shuffleboard courts, 2 clubhouses, a ton of entertainment and dances, and the convenience of being able to drive your golf cart to the grocery store and shopping center, and a Walmart center directly across the highway. Overall a wonderful place!

We purchased two years ago and we throughly enjoy the community. A great variety of amenities that are maintained with a full time maintenance department. A wide variety of activities are always available for you to choose or not. Streets are wide and properties are spaced well for privacy. Close proximity to grocery, gas, pharmacy, etc. If you shop and compare you will see the community is an excellent opportunity for snowbirds and/or full time residents.

My husband and I have lived at Arcadia Village for 3 years and we love it. The amenities are incredible. We play pickleball and this community has 4 courts. They’ve just added lights so we can now play after dark. There are numerous activities throughout the week. We are like family here. We lived in another 55+ community prior to AV. There’s no comparison. If you’re considering a 55+ community, you should definitely check us out!

I’ve lived at Arcadia Village as a snow bird for two years now. It’s a great place to live. Golf and many other opportunities for fun and exercise with your neighbors/friends. It’s close to the necessities and within easy traveling distance to other larger communities in SW Florida. I have recommended Arcadia Village to several people.

We’re Canadian Snowbirds. We purchased a home in Arcadia Village 4 years ago and have no plans to sell until we’re too old to make the trip down! We love this park, the amenities, the activities, and the wonderful residents.

We are snowbirds and have owned a home in AVCC since 2018 and in 2025 we upgraded to a larger house. We absolutely love this community, such good friends and so many things to do. We play golf, pickleball, shuffleboard, cards, games, dances, swim and every now and then stay home (phew). We've made such good friends here. Some very nice houses in the Village but the new lot rent is pretty high for the area. Clubhouses are both very nice.

We bought our house in late December. We love it here. Across the street from Walmart and Publix. We can drive the golf cart to shop at Winn-Dixie. All our neighbors are friendly and helpful We have a great backyard with a garden and nature preserve

We live in Arcadia Village and love it. Our house is for sale, and if it sells, we plan to buy another, larger house in Arcadia Village.

Our private community bought by Legacy, a corporation. Many homes for sale. Of course the residents are left in the dark. It was a really nice community now kind of a ghost town. Don’t fool yourself, do your homework. It’s a beautiful place with unknown future. Rent increases and additional fees for Internet services not asked for. Reviews should be updated. Good ratings are from people no longer living here .
