In summary

The Bluffs Golf Course is appreciated for its friendly and accommodating staff, reasonable pricing, and a layout that offers both challenge and enjoyment for golfers of varying skill levels. Many visitors find the course to be a hidden gem, particularly valuing its affordability and welcoming atmosphere. However, some golfers have reported issues with course conditions, such as dry fairways and inconsistent greens, as well as occasional organizational challenges with tee times and pace of play.

We played it during a significant drought so fairways were pretty dry, greens were good, tee boxes good. Some challenges but pretty straight forward course. We paid $25 for 18 holes, so it was well worth the price. People who give it poor reviews need to remember what your paying dictates what you get, and this is a great golf deal to just get out and play a round. I look forward to trying it in the summer when it is all greened up.

Such a great hidden gem of a course! Everyone is always so nice and friendly. The course is challenging without too many hazards and really lets you work on your skills whether you’re a beginner or intermediate golfer. I got the pleasure of getting of taking my dad here yesterday and we had a blast!

Friendly staff greeted me in the pro shop. Inexpensive round of golf about 35 bucks after rates dropped in the afternoon, in February. I got a bucket of balls for the range,5 bucks no mats and nothing over 200 yards. Starter let me ,as a single get out earlier with a pair of golfers. I think we finished in 4:20 or so. Every course I've played in central Florida is very dry this year, but there's grass in the boxes and the greens are true but a bit slower than many in florida. Not exceptionally difficult course and nice people in this part of Florida.

I had a 7:07 tee and I arrived at 6:30. I went down to the first tee and golfers were lined up to tee off. I ask about the 7:07 to the golfers lined up. The first golfer stated he has the first tee time every Sunday. The second person stated that they just tee off when they arrive. Not one group new anything about the morning tee times. It's now 7:09 and the starter shows up and tells me that the group I'm with teed off at 6:50 and he made me go to the third hole to meet them. They are unorganized as all get out. What a mess. Be very careful if you have an early morning tee time.

People are very friendly, drink prices are great and the course lets you use all your clubs in your bag. It’s a drive for us but we will continue to make the trip

The course is in a little rough shape, but the team there is super friendly and the price is right.

Friendly accommodating staff. Sue is wonderful. Very organized with lots of groups passing through. Nice course. Reasonable price compared to more coastal golf courses. Thank you!

First, the course was in TERRIBLE CONDITION!!! Second, we played behind the slowest foursome I have EVER played behind in over 50 years of playing golf. When I asked a woman in that foursome about playing thru she got in my face and went nuts on me. At that point, we had played five holes in an hour and half. Needless to say, I will Not be playing at this course again.

I have been playing here for the last 6 or 7 years and I must say this is my favorite area course. The staff are always welcoming and course play is both relaxing and challenging! Maybe the greens are not always perfect but they are always playable. I have been to many other courses In this area and not a one of them offer what the bluffs always gives, a fantastic day of golf with a more than reasonable price. Warm and welcoming staff members even when we are bringing our cart in at 7pm we have always been met with a smile and there have been several times we were the last on the course. Stay…

Our first time at this course and to be honest didn't know what to expect from a course out in the country at such a great price. We normally play private & semi-private courses in Lee and Charlotte County. We were very pleased with the entire experience. The staff was very friendly, great prices, course was in great shape. We were able to tee off earlier than scheduled and pace of play was great. You can't beat it for the money!!

Great course, friendly staff, and always a good time. Have been here a few times now and although it's not the best looking or pga style course it will definetly make you work for your par. Always a fun time here, will definetly be back again and again.

The golf course is in very good shape. Very few sanded spots to deal with and the greens are very fast. The front nine is very open then the back nine (within the tree lined forest) is a great challenge. If you can't hit driver straight cover it and use a shorter club. You'll still get a par . But no shots dropped because of lost balls. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. Enjoy
