Soaring Over Western Turnpike Golf Course We recently had the pleasure of capturing the stunning landscapes of Western Turnpike Golf Course in Guilderland, NY. As a premier public course, Western Turnpike is known for its beautiful greens and challenging layout, and we were eager to see how it looked from above. From an aerial perspective, the course is even more impressive. The sprawling fairways wind through mature trees, and the strategically placed sand traps and water hazards create a dramatic visual contrast. Our drone flights allowed us to showcase the course's topography, highlighti…

8-13-24. First time playing this 27 hole golf course. We played the blue course. 9 holes with the cart for two was reasonably priced. Gorgeous course. Even with Tropical Storm Debby the course was well maintained. I highly recommend playing this many hole cpurse.

Great place to golf and meet great people. Three 9's (the white is harder). In great shape as of May 2022. Pro shop is well stocked, (lot of great hats in particular). Bar restaurant is great. Good food and drink and conversation.

Beautiful day for a tournament, got some good deals on the pro shop, nice course. Best idea ever and first time I've seen this, Baileys and a couple other mixers for your coffee on a cool morning!

Very disappointed that their bathroom was Not handicapped accessible. I watched a woman struggle to use the bathroom. There is enough stalls to take 2 stalls and turn it into one large stall for a wheelchair to fit. Please make this a priority in your business. Many celebrations occur here.

Decent for the price I suppose. Very poor fairways and cart paths. Greens are in good shape. Needs a lot more upkeep to be a regular course for me. What a shame

Overall a nice course to play but staff is extremely strick with times. We had a 12:56 tee time and on the 12th hole we were talked to by a staff member that our 4 some was playing extremely slow and they had leagues that were starting behind us that they pay to play and we needed to pick up the pace. Now this was also after lots of rain so we could only have the carts on the paths and we had to walk back and forth to our balls and we were also behind a 2 some for the whole 18 we played and they only got a couple shots ahead from when we started. We were done playing at 5:15. I'm sorry we are…

A nice course at a good price point. Wasn’t busy when we went out on a beautiful Thursday evening after work. The greens and fairways are in good shape. Not overly difficult holes, great for an average golfer. Will definitely be back

All three 9's have a great layout, and the pro shop and restaurant staff are awesome. I got lesson's from Joe Lavigna and he shaved 10 shots of my game!
