Wee Burn Country Club

Hollywood Smile Photo Booth review : we were here yesterday for the wedding reception. I loved the golf course and the venue. Photo Booth was a great addition to the wedding.

As a wedding photographer, I work at many clubs throughout New England and the Tri-State area. Wee Burn is without a doubt one of the superior clubs in Connecticut. The staff works with each couple to ensure a seamless flow, every detail is looked after. The club on the beach , and their club in Darien, each have a certain flare that is memorable and wonderful. Every event I've worked at here has been nothing short of perfect!

I wish I could give it zero stars because I feel it does not even deserve one. For one, it is not exclusive at all. For two, it was not a pleasant experience dining there. They had a few younger waiters who were excellent, and I have not seen them since. Instead they opt for waiters who barely speak any English, they are not socially up to our standards, and do not understand how to act when serving fine dining. I would NOT recommend, especially for the younger people like me who have a young family and want to raise them to be kind.

Visited a fundraising dinner. The place was crowded even if it was comfortable, not too packed. There could have been more staff for the event as I found the service lacking somewhat. The food was good and I am giving my praise to the kitchen.

Loved this venue for medium to large events such as benefit, banquet, wedding, party, or any social gatherings alike. Beautiful grounds, friendly staff, and accommodating management. The food was decent, nothing extraordinary, but with each dish nicely & uniformly presented.

A place that would have been right at home in 1937 Berlin.

Gun fire from Wee Burn every weekend, even miles away, is a very creepy disturbance of the peace. Like living in a war zone.

Hands down the nicest golf course I have ever played. Just an amazing time on a prestine course. caddys were great as well.
