In summary

Tumwater Valley Golf Club is frequently praised for its well-maintained greens, wide open fairways, and excellent practice facilities, making it a popular choice for golfers seeking value. The staff at both the pro shop and restaurant generally receive positive feedback for their friendliness and service. However, some visitors express concerns about the pace of play enforcement, the booking system for tee times, and the functionality of the golf carts, particularly for those with mobility issues.

Coarse is wet In the winter of coarse. The greens are awesome. Driving range is awesome. You can hit off the grass. Bring your own refreshments unless you have all day. The club house is unbelievably slow. The staff must work for the city, because they definitely don’t care about their jobs or customers.

First time playing the course. The gentleman in the clubhouse was nice! Too many have their nose in the air and seem mad you there to golf. Not this guy! If you like lots of room to hit your ball, this is the place! Wide fairways with lots of room to recover from a bad shot! Close to the river so it gets super soggy when wet! Can't wait to play during drier conditions!

Can't go wrong. My favorite feature of this golf course is how perfectly walkable it is. The practice facilities are top notch as well. There ate two par three's that have alternate tee boxes and greens!

Went to watch Seahawk game. Lots of fun. Plenty of drawings for prizes. The fans are fantastic. The owner in THE BEST! As are the employees. Has numerous large TVS with different games on for fans of all teams. Food is great. Football menue durring games. I strongly recommend this sports bar. Aso a lot less expensive than Buffalo Wings.

Great bang for your buck. Not a ton of slope, and not super finely manicured. Well maintained overall and very playable. Greens had been recently aerated, but you can tell they are nice when grown in. Typical N.W. poa greens. subtle, but still enough slope to make you earn it. Really a fun course. Mature trees, some water. Nice practice facilities as well. Grass tees on the driving range. Huge putting green, pitching bowl with big bunker make it a great place to work on whatever may be keeping you from that next level. Aka everything for me. Lol. The rates are super reasonable. I recently paid…

You can't beat the prices for some golf here. Plus you get sleeve of balls. Titleist pro v1 or true feel which were actually $5 cheaper. Not very long but its made up on the greens. Tricky is an understatement. For this course to be so decently priced the condition I couldn't complain about.
