In summary

Scott Lake Golf Course is appreciated for its friendly, family-oriented atmosphere and well-maintained greens, making it a pleasant spot for both beginners and casual golfers. The course layout, with its 9 holes featuring a mix of par 3s, 4s, and 5s, is noted for being both fun and approachable. While many commend the staff's hospitality and the reasonable pricing, some visitors have mentioned issues with course condition variability, particularly in terms of fairway maintenance and drainage, as well as occasional slow pace of play due to the lack of a tee time management system.

Great place for a relaxed round if you're just starting out or think your handicap is pretty special. Owners work the course daily and are some of the nicest people you'll ever meet. Update 2/10/2023 - less winter water and lake encroachment than I've seen in the last 25 years. All holes were open and playable.

Absolute GEM!! Small-community course, out by the lake with a casual feel. Very well maintained for its size: tee-boxes were good, fairways were solid and the greens were in awesome shape.ittle dry in some spots, but hey, its been a hot summer you'll find that anywhere. Playable for all skill levels- open fairways, minimal water, not a lot of houses around. Only 9 holes, but it has PAR 4's & PAR5's....in fact, there is only one PAR3. Nice layout, as I can only recall two holes running back to back once (4th & 5th I believe). No driving range but they do have a putting green. Power carts availa…

New 18 hole disc golf course was a blast! Really let your discs sore, develop your approach game, and challenge your long birdie putt ability.

Fun and short golf course, 9 holes played twice from different tees. Good greens, but very sloppy, hard to keep it on the green unless you land on the right level. Fairways are rough, and the lies are uneven. Overall, it was a fun short course where you can practice your 50-70yrd approach shots.

Atrocious course for $30. Very rude staff with no sense of time, no set tee time, and complain when normal pace of play is adhered to (10 minutes per hole).

Played a round this morning 7/4/23 and the course was in excellent condition. The greens are in good shape and the light breeze off the lake was awesome. Early morning golf here is enjoyable. Had a wonderful Father’s Day round of golf. Greens were the best I’ve seen locally so far this year. The $15.00 price for military was perfect. Will absolutely put Scott Lake on my list to play again.

Very low key golf course. I gave it 3 stars because it's locally owned and the people are nice, but the course is usually pretty rough. Like, you're surprised a hole has a defined fairway.

Fun course for a change of pace, good value. Course would really benefit from a tee time management system to help pace of play and avoid swells of groups!
