What People Say

In summary

The Sevierville Golf Club is frequently praised for its well-maintained courses, particularly the River and Highlands layouts, which offer challenging play with scenic views of the Great Smoky Mountains. The staff is often described as friendly and accommodating, and the amenities, including GPS-equipped carts and a well-stocked clubhouse, add to the overall positive experience. Some visitors have noted issues with communication regarding booking policies and occasional noise from nearby attractions, but these do not overshadow the club's overall appeal.

For the location that the course is in(tourist hotspot, resort on the property, and a water park across the street) and how well manicured the course is, it's understandable that they charge $100 for a round. A gentleman was there to take my clubs and get my cart ready. 2 different courses to choose from. Highlands or River. I chose the River course and was not disappointed! Beautifully well kept fairways and greens. Greens so pure and fast I wasn't use to it but loved every moment. The views, incredible. It's a must play for any golfer.

Glad we played. They got > 1 inch of rain the day before the courses were soaked. Cart path only and it needed to be. This would be a fun mid summer course with rollout but very very difficult when wet.

We played all 36 holes this weekend and what a great value. Staff is amazing and the food is good. Course was in great shape. Greens rolled well and pace of place was good especially for a Friday on Labor Day weekend.

Me and my wife were on a little anniversary getaway to Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg and I was able to get an early morning round of golf in. Was very happy to choose Sevierville Golf Club for that round. First time playing here and it did not disappoint. Everyone I spoke with was very friendly and helpful. The starter was able to get me going on the River course and was paired with a young couple out of IL. The course was in great condition and fun to play. The front was somewhat flat like a linx style course with tall grass areas and water. Very few trees to contend with on the course but small hi…

Very nice golf club, the carts are well done with good Bluetooth connections and visuals, but there should definitely be more trash cans throughout the courses. Although I did not play as there was the Tennessee State USE tournament the fairways in greens looked in excellent condition

For many years on the way to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg I have seen Sevierville Golf Club and always wanted to play there. Finally got my chance to play and it was extremely challenging. My HDCP is 10.5 and I scored a 90. The greens were very fast compared to courses I normally play. We played the green tees and even tho I hit 65% of my fairways it was still tough. The par fours are very long. Next time I think I would try the Highlands. The views of the Great Smokey Mtns in the background made it worth the time. One detractor - a scenic helicopter attraction is right across the road and ther…

This place is next level good. I love the course(s) and the quality of the greens and fairways. You can tell they take pride in it all. It's the dead of summer right now and I don't think I saw a single brown spot on a green. The clubhouse is amazing and the carts are equipped with full screen GPS and gives you layouts and flyover views. You can also keep your score on the screen (we just kept it on the cards). I can't wait to go back and play again. One think I will say is the river course is pretty low lying so if it rains at all you might be cart path only.

My fiancé and i are from lower Alabama and we are on vacation in pigeon forge. It was a beautiful day today, so we decided to check out a local golf course. We planned on going to gatlinburg golf course, but when we called them about bringing our toddler (who has been to several courses and stays strapped in on the cart) they very, very, rudely informed us that it was unacceptable, so we decided on Sevierville and we are SO HAPPY we did!!! The course was very well maintained, the golf carts had built in range finders, the cart path was hands down the smoothest one we’ve ever rode on, the cart…

Drove hours from North Carolina for my 8:50 AM tee time, only to be told I couldn’t play nine holes. No mention of that when booking. Terrible communication and a complete waste of time.I understand courses have policies, but that should be clearly communicated when booking, not once you’ve already arrived after a long drive. The staff didn’t seem interested in helping or offering any alternatives, which made the whole experience really frustrating.

Golf course is ok. Parking lot is awful who designed it. Staff seems like your playing some members only club and your not a member lol. Driving range is alright when its open. Eagles landing was a better course.
