I love coming home to my apartment. It is so peaceful and beautiful with the golf course surrounding us. I wake up to the birds singing not the sound of traffic and enjoy the sunrise off my porch. I feel safe living here and appreciate the quick response from maintenance the few times I needed a bulb replaced. I highly recommend looking into this complex whether you’re single or have a family. The apartments are clean and spacious and the office staff is very friendly and courteous!

I would not recommend living here due to ongoing issues with management and maintenance. I’ve experienced unresolved water leaks in my unit, and concerns have been dismissed with no real effort to fix the problem. The situation has caused a constant bad odor and possible mold growth, which is especially concerning since I have asthma. Large industrial fans were placed in my apartment for days, making it uncomfortable and difficult to live normally. Overall, I feel my health and concerns were not taken seriously, and the living conditions have been unacceptable.

The lady was very nice when showing us apartments. But unfortunately, you have to be married or related to live with someone here. No roommates, no bf/gf. So wasn't for us. Nice place though.

This is a great apartment complex. It’s quiet, well-maintained, and the golf course is a lot of fun! The location is super convenient — close to everything you need, but still tucked away enough to avoid traffic and noise. Maintenance has been excellent. They’re fast, professional, and actually fix things right the first time. No complaints at all. If you’re looking for a peaceful, reliable place to live, this is a solid choice.

One of the nicest nine hole courses I've played. Good staff and lots of fun. The maintenance crew does a great job keeping the course looking good and the greens smooth. Their putting and chipping area is very nice as well. I highly reccomend this location for a great experience. If your cart runs out of juice before you do all you have to do is call the front office and they'll send a replacement in no time. I really enjoy the people and the course. I'm an amateur golfer at best but the layout and difficulty of the greens is very nice. I play as often as I can.

I am not sure why there are so many bad reviews on here. Most of them that i see are just because people did not read the lease agreement very well and all complaints are things that it plainly states that the apartments are not responsible for. I have lived here for 10 years. Is there noise? YES this is an apartment complex, people have kids and dogs and you are going to hear them. I have had quiet neighbors and i have had very noisy neighbors which i dealt with because that is apart of apartment life. Never once have i turned anyone in for noise. Pretty nice apartments! We lived here for a year. Just like any other apartment you can hear your neighbors. We could hear them the most when they were outside smoking. The pool area and the clubhouse were really nice! I used the tanning beds. We didn’t interact much with the staff but they were nice the few times we did.

I had a great experience at this apartment complex! The clubhouse was always spotless, and the office staff were incredibly nice, helpful, and friendly. Plus, considering all the amenities, including the clubhouse and golf course, I think the price is fantastic. Highly recommend!

I lived here for 3 years. The mold reviews are 1000% correct. The black mold builds up fast in the bathrooms. Also, the carpet was dirty when I first got my apartment key. I had to hire someone to come clean it before I moved in. The office staff is okay at best. The only rude person was Stephanie. She sat her wide self in that chair all day acting as though you're bothering her by asking questions. With rent being so high these days, I strongly recommend choosing a nicer apartment somewhere else.

Today is my last day in the apartment after staying here for 6 years, here’s my honest review on the apartments. I loved the area. So much. I have never been in an apartment where I felt so safe. I never had a break in and I could always walk around at night without fear of someone hurting me because you have tons of officers that stay out there. Overall a safe area to live. The manager Stephanie is the best. I lived in these apartments for a few years now. I've had irrational attitudes with some of the staff members from time to time and they kept their cool and treated me with kindness at all times. I have a fantastic professional residente/landlord relationship now with the people in this office and feel very comfortable living here. My apartment has always been nice and comfy to live in. Lived here for almost 3 years now. Lately the golf course has been looking the best I've seen it. Staff in office is very friendly. Maintenance is done in timely manner!
