The greens are unplayable and they WILL NOT give you any heads up before the round starts and they will charge you full price. Do yourself a favor and avoid this course at all costs until they’ve fixed their greens. They also have no marshals and do not care about pace of play. Never been to a “Country Club” and been told “What are we supposed to do about it?” When it was brought to managements attention. AVOID

Played the CCOA course for the first time in over ten years on a recent visit to Little Rock. The course and sourrounding neighborhood(s) have matured nicely. Understand course is semi-private- open to public and members. It was not very crowded on Monday morning in mid-October, so very relaxing to play with friends.

Horrible experience old head with grey short hair and glasses working front desk had an attitude from the start when getting carts, after playing the front 9 we came to grab food at the club house and he had an attitude again when we asked about the price of food then after playing the back 9 we went to turn our keys in at 6 he complained because he had just vacuumed (we didn’t know and the doors were unlocked) at that point I told him if he was going to keep his attitude he shouldn’t be working front desk he stated last time you were here it took you 2 and a half hours to play the front 9( an…

I’m by no means a golf snob when it comes to courses, but this place is in really poor shape. The staff were all very nice and accommodating, but the course is terrible. There’s no real practice putting green. It looks like they converted an old tee box, tiny little thing. Everything looks like either they ran out of money or nobody cares, or both. Most greens are in really bad shape with weeds growing in them, bald spots, heat spots already? The fairways have poor drainage so even days after it’s rained everything is muddy, live they’re not doing ongoing maintenance or sanding. The tee boxes…

Nice golf course. Really well maintained, friendly staff. And some cute ducks

Compared to other public courses, pace of play is usually very slow. If they aren’t going to have Marshall’s enforce pace of play, they need to put more time between tee times. Also need to do some simple upkeep… trees trimmed so carts can drive under, remove debris, etc.

Every time I visit here to play a round, the course is in top shape. There has been a couple times the course is a little rough or a little wet, but overall, the conditions are always great. With the new carts, there is GPS layouts and tracking. There is a couple holes with water, but they mostly run along the right side. The course is challenging with many different little twists and turns making it a very enjoyable time.

Had an amazing experience playing in a charity tournament here! The course is interesting but not too difficult and in a great shape! The carts have GPS monitors in them, which is pretty aawesome. Overall, great facilities with plenty of practice areas and excellent course. Their memberships and green fees are also affordable, so definitely recommend.

It’s 100 degrees and just finished a 5 hour and 15 minute round. Group in front of us had at least 3 holes open in front of them. Made 3 attempts to get a Marshall out and all I could get was “I sent a message to their carts”. Not good.

Only my second round on this course, but just like the first I had a blast. Really like the layout, the fairways are generous and the greens receptive & true - AND a little quick. Trouble lurks on MANY holes, so hit 'em straight! I'm definitely looking forward to my next trip up thataway.

Course is full of geese poop and terrible greens keepers. Public courses that charge this much should be a crime.

Conditions are really hit or miss, been a few times in different times of year and sometimes good and other times not. Fun layout and challenge off the tee, but the pace of play is usually awful. No Marshall enforcing this.
