In summary

Tameka Woods Golf Course receives mixed reviews, with some visitors appreciating the friendly staff and the course's fun and challenging layout. However, many golfers express dissatisfaction with the course's maintenance, citing poor greens, rough fairways, and inadequate facilities such as cart paths and sand traps. The pricing is also a point of contention, with several players feeling it does not reflect the course's current condition.

You can thank Curt, who mows the grass for this one star. This course doesn't have grass on all of the greens, very rough course. Guy up front was super cool and took care of us. Curt decided while he was mowing to come and drop 5 F bombs and tell me to respect his course. I did make a simple mistake but you can communicate like an adult. I'm a grown man. Won't be back at this course unfortunately.

Never played this course, it was a lot of fun! Good rates during the week. The woman at the front desk was great! She was a complete sweetheart! The course has a lot of character and a couple signature holes. Highly recommend

The worst conditions I've played this year. This course should cost 20 bucks. Velcro, ate-up greens, dead fairways, crab grass rough, unplayable weedy bunkers. Do not play this course in 2023, and check reviews before playing in the future.

This course was terrible. Paid $45 for 18 holes. The greens were in terrible condition and missing grass in a bunch of spots. The bunkers were compacted dirt and rocks. This place is the definition of a goat ranch.

Best course in town!! If you have time to hit some balls early morning, this place is highly recommended! Bob was able to provide us left handed clubs and his service was delightful. Highly recommended! Greens are looking great today!

Maybe 4 out of 18 greens were playable. The help wanted signs in the clubhouse says it all. Will not return.

Worse course I’ve played in years. Greens not kept up, fairways might as well have been a backyard. Crabgrass everywhere. Tee boxes were a joke as well. Management, please either charge less or put some of the money you charge into maintaining the actual course. The cost of $45 for an 18 hole round is an absolute rip off. Do not recommend. Should have added pictures. Sorry.

Went to this place last year and had a bad experience. Greens are not in good shape by any means, fairways were overgrown with weeds and crab grass. i’m not usually picky but this place charges 40 dollars were 18. Normal price for a normal course but this course is far from normal. Will mot return and do not recommend.

Cart paths are horrible have to dodge cart sized holes. The golf ranger rushes everyone to hurry. Sand traps are hard as concrete and weeds. Greens have roots, crab grass and scalped down to dirt in alot of spots . 18 holes for 45. Packed up and left at the 10th hole not even worth $20 in my opinion.last few years the place keeps getting worse and worse.

Great fun course to play. Guys in the club house are good people. I’ve been playing in the men’s Tuesday night league and been having a blast.

Many greens are dead and just mud/dirt. That is what happens when you do no maintenance, aeration, top dress and watch moisture level. Not really a golf course until work is put into this property.

I wasn’t expecting much from the course. I was playing with a group of friends after two days of golf in Southern Indiana. We wanted to play a course on the way back to Indy. This course has the potential to be an interesting golf course, but is so poorly maintained. We were super disspointed in the lack of care of the greens. They have not been rolled, aerated, or dressed in at least a couple of months. Putts would not hold their line, bounced all the way, and died out in half the usual distance. They had not been mowed in at least four or five days. Such a disappointment. I hope the course m…
