StoneCrest Golf Course

One of the nicest well groomed golf courses I have ever played at. Has some of the best views here in Appalachia while playing 18. Driving range has the top golf tracers and clubhouse has great food. Would highly recommend anyone to come play here. They also give a discount to upike students that come play here just make sure to bring your school ID!

I was traveling down Rt 23 and Google told me this wasn't to far off the highway. I called to see if they could fit in a single walking. Walking isn't allowed on a Saturday until after 3 pm, which wasn't a problem since I wouldn't get there till 3:24. $15 was the cost to walk is what I heard over the phone. So I expected this beat up trailer for a club house etc. I had to make sure he didn't say $50 when I walked in because the facilities presented a modern and country club feel. Has to be the best public golf course in the state! Drove 1.5 hrs to play there for the first time last week and happy I did. Fairways were pure, bunkers were soft and playable, greens were fast and pure. The view from each tee box is beautiful, and the layout of the fairways are player friendly with rewarding good shots but can punish inaccuracy off the tee. Pace of play was fast too. Will definitely take the trip out again to play.

Owned and operated by the city of Prestonburge Ky. This course sits on top of a 200 Acre mountain top land. We welcomed the cool breeze golfing on a 90 degree day.

Great course with a challenging layout. Fairways were near perfect as were the tee boxes. Only complaint would be the greens were spotty but they still rolled well. Full service bar and restaurant on site. Will return again

Nice course but the pace of play is very slow, 5 hrs and 30 mins today to play a round and no ranger in sight!

Scheduling a Tee time was a breeze. Once arriving at the course the staff were courteous, knowledgeable and quickly provided us with the information we needed concerning the course and supplying us a cart. The holes were well marked, well mowed to include the greens and challenging. The greens were very well maintained and made putting the golf experience you expect from a professional degree type course. The views on this course are some of the most scenic and breathtakingly beautiful you will see anywhere. Such a unique round of golf! Can’t wait to return!!

Stonecrest is a beautiful course. It is always well maintained. The staff there are incredibly helpful and kind. The views are unreal.

I didn't golf the course....yet, but I did use the driving range. I must say that it was a very nice driving range, quite unexpected for eastern ky. While I didn't play the course, the fairways i saw from the parking lot looked to be very nice. I'm looking forward to plating the course nextvweek

Came out to the Top Tracer Driving Range today and it is very nice!! Affordable, clean and easy to operate.

Spectacular course and facilities. My brother, two sons, nephews and friends golfed for two days. The accommodations were outstanding, the course is beautiful, and the staff is exceptional. We definitely come back. Oh, and the price is great!
