In summary

Willowbrook Country Club is praised for its friendly and helpful staff, scenic setting, and enjoyable layout, making it a fun and relaxed place to play golf. The course offers a unique 9-hole experience with different tee boxes for an 18-hole option, and is appreciated for its affordability and welcoming atmosphere. However, some visitors have noted issues with course maintenance, such as poorly kept greens, uneven fairway grass, and inadequate signage, which can detract from the overall experience.

We were initially greeted with a super, wonderfully nice lady who helped us answer a few questions we had regarding the course. We then decided to play the next day, and was then greeted by an amazingly nice gentleman. This gentleman was beyond nice, nicer than most courses we have ever played. This very well could be the worst golf course I’ve ever played. The greens were poorly kept. The fairway grass was chopped at different heights. The design was “make do.“ The signage was horrible. I found a difficult time negotiating this rather simple golf course because of the poor signage. The cart path need to be re-done. The carts were barely acceptable. Don’t get me wrong, I’ve played on “goat tracks” before, but I had to quit after the sixth hole, even though I paid for a eighteen. Yes, it was that bad.
