Very nice community, we have friends who live there year round. They golf. Since we don't we chose a community closer to the beach. I do love their sunsets. And gators are seen often!

Good course conditions , well maintained , lots of Par 3's. If you drive over 220 yards play the tips. Short Par 4's and only a couple holes over 350 yards . Friendly staff , hours are geared towards the retirement community as they close at 3:00.

Fantastic place to live. A 55+ gated community that is well maintained. A manufactured home community where most residents own the home and rent the land. Inclusive in rent are all resort style amenities, trash and landscaping. You’re responsible for bush or hedge trimming on your rented property and keeping the exterior of your home clean. Residents are super friendly and there are many activities to keep anybody happy and busy. Im very happy with my community. Recommend to anybody looking to live the Florida dream!!

Excellent little golf course for us old folk. Water holes are a little difficult but not really bad. Staff is friendly and excellent!

Have been visiting here for the last several years. Its really sad to see the quality of landscaping and even and Restaurant are just SAD.. all the while they continue to raise lot rent and the housing prices have dropped dramatically, having so many for sale at rock bottom prices. I feel bad for the owners. Management has clearly not done their job in keeping this a ls a reverred destination..

Very nice gated community. Very quiet and very pretty and yet many things to do if you're interested. The lot rent is high and the management needs to be replaced.

Nice place but corporate owned and focus is very much on profit before residents.

Clean, well maintained, obviously full of the ederly from up north that are only there part of the year, and have the attitude to match. Ive lived in lee co. For over 40 years, If i hear one more person complain about one more thing that is from ohio or new jersy im going to vomit, sorry for the crude and detailed complaint about only a handfull of residents out of many that are pleasurable.. The reason the majority of lee county residents that live here, that chose to live here full time because of the warm weather , blue skys and wonderful people until you meet one of these, wont say names b…

We bought a home and had to sell it under stressful circumstances. Rose Sher working with homes in paradise was our realtor. She was THE BEST. Professional, efficient, pleasant to work with. Our home sold very fast. I would definitely use here for any real estate sales again.
