I am so glad they took the huge alligator out when I was visiting a friend. My friend said a old lady disappeared randomly. I said it was that huge alligator that ate her because they run 20 mph and always hungry. For HOA do better to inform your residents of dangerous situations.

If I could give minus stars I would..... This mobile home park is absolutely the most impossible folks to deal with....They do not answer phones and if you have questions they will avoid any answers. ..... Ever since then we have been trying to remedy this situation and have received nothing but bills and increases in every aspect. Upon attempting to ask questions, office staff become rude, speak over us and do not let us speak.... If we had a choice we would steer clear of this organization. They send paperwork with the incorrect lot numbers on. They ask for the lot number, upon reading the n…

A residential community of really good people, about half of the residents are snowbirds...which makes for a diverse northern population. Close to a thousand homes and about 1500 total residents, including myself, the community also has an 18 hole golf course, pool, hot tub, tennis courts, restaurants/bar and a spacious clubhouse. The community to the north, Pine Lakes, is a sister community that is similar, and residents of both can share each community's amenities.

Seems like a very short course for being an executive course. The greens have more divots and bumps in them than Del Prado. Really not worth $45 per person. I assume they were locals since they had their own custom carts were snobby and slow. Group ahead of us had 6 people playing together and wouldn't let a 3-some play through. No course direction or layout of the course on the score card. Pro shop was closed by the time we were done golfing.

This is a great community and clubhouse! I am a hapoy snowbird resident. Lake Fairways is very nice but not pretentious. Both people and facilities are comfortable and welcoming.

Came down from Mass. In feb. For a 10 day vacation, Ended up buying the most beautiful place in Lake Fairways...stayed almost 2 months ipdating it.....We met wonderful friendly people, enjoyed GREAT weather and tons of fun. Heading back to mass soon with a new excitement about returning next winter...Guess I'm now officially a Snowbird!

I live here. The great community is what made it for us. People here are so very friendly, lots of activities. Great gulf course. Beautiful grounds.

Visit with sister. Lake Fairways is beautiful and well maintained; with golf course and gate guard. Their property is ELS, which is the same ownership we have here in Sarasota, but this property does not have a golf course nor gates that are monitored 24/7. Lake Fairways gives you a better deal by a long shot.

Lived at Lake Fairways for 7 yrs....very hard to get maintenance to fix anything or no what they are doing. As far as management...left hand doesnt know what right is doing ,and always with stories or put you off to someone else. U can call & never get return calls....terrible communication with office. Lake Fairways and Pine Lakes are extremely nice places to live- so many amenities, very clean and so many activities!! We only want kind and friendly people to live here - please
