Great and affordable golf course in Schoolcraft. Good kitchen too. Last year it was rated as one of the most improved golf courses in the state. This is a fair assessment. It had gone into decay some ten years ago but new ownership poured a lot of time and effort into revamping the course. The greens are a little slow and are difficult to keep smooth due to its being public. And most of the greens are fairly small, making getting on a challenge from a distance. It is eminently playable though. It doesn't have the purpose built quirks that modern designers think are necessary to make things int…

Just hosted a surprise birthday party here and everything was fabulous - the food, lower level space, and service. Vanessa absolutely blew me away with her exceptional service, attention to detail, organization of the event, and of course the food was amazing. She truly made the event and surprise birthday party perfect. Zero stress, no hassle, she was so helpful and easy to work with. All the party guests and bday boy raved about it. Definitely consider this spot for a fun event, especially if you like golf (3 sims). Thank you, Vanessa and bar tenders! You made the day! Side note for golf -…

I really do enjoy the design of the course and it was in pretty good shape. My gripe is with the fact that the don’t have a starter, a space tee times 3 minutes a part. No Marshall either to encourage speedier pace of play. Just took 6 hours to play the course making it unbearable. I’ll likely not play there again due to that. I get you want to make your money, but the experience sucks at that point.

Let’s start off with how much it costed 60$ for 2 people and no cart???? What a scam. It started raining and no refund given we didn’t even make it one hole. Wow. Never again. Interesting place. Greens not even greens more like browns. Wow. Never again.

Purchased 2 rounds off from group golfer. This was our 3rd time here. We missed the expiration date on our vouchers...that's on me. The way group golfer works, whatever you paid can be applied to a your next round. Dan the manager refused to honor the senior discount & charged us the full price. Poor customer service, especially with the lousy condition of the course! Definitely not worth the money in my opinion!

After reading some fairly recent comments, I understand new ownership has recently taken over and inherited a pretty tough restoration project. Last year, I bought the 3 year anniversary special and tempered my expectations since the price was very low. The anniversary special was obviously an attempt at getting a quick stimulus during lockdown last year, but it doesn't appear the funds have made any substantial impact a year later. The course still looks the same in 2021 as it did in 2020. The greens are pretty much unplayable and there are bridges that look like they are about to collapse.…

This course used to be in rough condition years ago but is on the mend and starting to look good! My family and I love the layout. It's built on great land with lots of mature trees, a few hills and water features of varying size on 5 or 6 of the 18 holes. All of this combines to provide just enough obstacles to make the course fun/challenging for mid/low handicap golfers, yet still playable for most beginners. I dont want to hate on States - the nearest course in Vicksburg - as they have very well maintained fairways/greens, but in comparison to Olde Mill I do find their layout to be rather…

Staff is young, course is a fun and challenging. I can see the work being done to improve it. Ranger was great play was slow due to the 4 in front of us. I would play this again.

I came for my first time this past weekend with my husband. While has has come several times through the years during different eras of management, we both really enjoyed our time here! We golfed the front 9 and used a gold cart- it was all clean and seemed well maintained! As a beginner golfer, I look forward to coming back soon! With regard to the pro shop, it seemed to have the essentials- my husband was able to get a glove, which proved useful. The dining room also seemed very nice, but we didn't stay for a meal. Thanks for a great experience!

Course was in super rough condition. There was more sand on the greens than in the bunkers themselves. Standing puddles on the greens making it feel like a marsh while on the greens. Carts were very nice though.

Greens are in rough shape currently. Grounds crew are hard at work however to improve them. Course plays well for average to a little less than average players using white tees. Just enough water, trees and sand.

Fantastic place! I did the PGA Hope program with them, they did a great job and took care of us. Highly recommend for a nice round of golf, course has its challenges, but overall a moderate level course. Perfect for all to have fun.
